FITTING GUIDE
Your Darche Kozi Series Awning has been designed for a universal fit with most makes and models of four
wheel drives, SUV and station wagons, utes and vans. Your awning can either be mounted directly to a roof
rack, roof cross bars. When mounting the awning ensure it is positioned to allow sufficient clearance for the
vehicles doors to open.
When fitting L-bracket to roof rack, or roof cross bars, please refer to your roof rack manual or licensed
4WD accessory fitter for assistance.
When mounting to roof racks or cross bars etc, ensure the unsecured length at each end of the awning does
not exceed 600mm.
Mounting the L-brackets at lengths greater than 600mm from end of awning may cause excessive vibration
through the awning and result in potential failure of fittings.
Tip: We recommend that you go for a short drive after attaching the awning to your vehicle. Check to see if any
further tightening of brackets is necessary.
