If your internet connection is through an Ethernet cable directly from the wall instead of
through NSL/Cable/Satellite modem, connect the Ethernet cable to the router’s WAN
port and skip steps 1, 2 and 3.
Connect your computer to the router (wired or wireless).
Wired: Turn off the Wi-Fi on your computer and connect it to router’s LAN port via an
ethernet cable.
Wireless: Connect your device to the router’s Wi-Fi using the SSID (network name) and
Password printed on the bottom of the router.
Launch a web browser and enter http://cudy.net/ or http://192.168.10.1/ in the
address bar. Use “admin” for password to log in.
Note: If the login windows does not appear, please refer to the FAQ.
Then the popup window will appear. Please follow step by step instructions to set up
the internet connections.
Note: If the popup windows does not appear, please click “Quick Setup”on the status
page.
You’re successfully connected co the internet!
Turn off the modem and remove
the battery if it has one.
Connect router’s internet port to
DSL/Cable Modem/Ethernet.
Turn on the modem and then wait about two
minutes for it to restart.
Connect the power
adapter to the router,
and wait a minute until
the systém LED changes
from flashing light to
solid light (either red or
blue), which means that
the system startup is
completed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What can I do if the login window does not appear?
•If the computer is set to a static IP address, change its settings to obtain an IP
address and DNS server address automatically.
•Verify that http://cudy.net or 192.168.10.1 is correctly entered in the web
browser.
•Use another web browser and try again.
•Reboot your router and try again.
•Disable and then enable the network adapter being used.
What should I do if I cannot find Wi-Fi signal?
•Please make sure the router is connected, powered on and broadband interface
has no issue. If everything is normal but still no signal is available, please try to
use computer to set up, or restore the router to factory settings. If after restoring
to factory settings there still is no signal available, you can restart the router. If
this doesn’t work either, maybe the router has a flaw. In this case, contact the
seller.
How to reset to default factory settings?
•While the power is still on, keep pressing the reset button for six seconds, and
wait for one or two minutes. This process shall reset the router to factory
settings.
Why can’t my mobile phone enter the Setting Page of the router?
•Please make sure your mobile phone is connected to Cudy router Wi-Fi (default
name is printed on the bottom of the router) and make sure you enter the right
site in the browser.
Why can’t I enter the Setting Page after restarting the router?
•After restarting the router, maybe your phone or computer automatically
connect to another Wi-Fi. Please make sure your phone or computer is
connected to Cudy router Wi-Fi. Default name is printed on the bottom of the
router.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the
product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning
by inappropriate means, etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.
