the start-up, use and troubleshooting of the CMP6010 control system. If you are having a problem using
your CMP6010, please ensure you have read this CMP6010 User Manual in its entirety for information
about the feature(s) with which you are experiencing trouble.
If the problem persists and/or you require additional assistance, please collect the following
information prior to contacting Conviron:
• The serial number of the chamber which is located on the rating plate on the side of the
chamber
• The software version number of the CMP6010 controller, which is located in the Help
screens. To access the Help screens, press the < > and < > hard keys at the same time
from the any of the three Status screens (temperature, humidity, or light)
• A description of the problem
• A description of what you were doing before the problem occurred.
