INTEGRATED CONE COFFEE GRINDER
The coffee station is classified as a full-scale espresso machine, that is why
brewing of each cup begins with beans grinding. The grinding degree control
(18 levels) allows varying coffee beans fineness in accordance with taste
preferences and the variety of coffee.
GROUND COFFEE CONTROL
The option of smooth and precise ground coffee amount control will allow you
to achieve the desired strength of espresso.
PRECISE TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE
CONTROL
The coffee station is equipped with a pressure gauge and temperature control
sensor for the best coffee extraction.

RESIDUAL MOISTURE EXTRACTION
FUNCTION
At the final stage of espresso making the integrated electronic valve removes
residual moisture ensuring easy cleaning of the filter.
PRE-BREWING FUNCTION
Before brewing, hot water is pumped through the heating system for a short
time, causing the ground coffee to moisten and swell, and thus increasing the
pressure to obtain rich coffee aroma.
PROGRAMMING OPTION
The programming function allows to store user settings of espresso
volume for one or two cups.

PRESS FOR GROUND COFFEE
The press allows to ram coffee without taking the press out of the niche and is
also ideal for manual pressing.
Before ramming evenly distribute ground coffee in the filter.
SINGLE AND DOUBLE BOTTOM FILTERS
Tanks to the single and double bottom filters you receive an additional
opportunity to select your unique coffee flavor and feel like a real barista.
Single filters are meant for fine-ground coffee. Double filters are recommended
for coarse-ground coffee.

AUTOMATIC COOLING OF THE HEATING
ELEMENT
After using the Cappuccinatore a little amount of water is automatically passed
through the heating element to cool it down to the optimal espresso brewing
temperature.
CUP WARMER PANEL
You can warm up the dishes and maintain the best temperature before serving
coffee. The warmed up cups preserve the creamy texture of espresso.
The cup warmer panel starts to heat right after switching of the coffee station.

CAPPUCCINO FUNCTION
The Cappuccinatore can be set into any convenient position thanks to the ball
joint rotating at 360°. With the Cappuccinatore nozzle you can easily make
magnificent milk froth.
FULL CLEANING CYCLE
The system’s full cleaning cycle facilitates the coffee maker treatment even
when using hard water. It is not necessary to wash the parts of the coffee
station manually.
ENERGY SAVING MODE
After 30 minutes of stand-by the coffee station automatically switches into the energy
saving mode reducing energy consumption by 50%.
After 2 hours of stand by the coffee station switches off automatically.
In order to exit from the energy saving mode press the button to brew one or
two cups of coffee.

CONTROL PANEL
POWER — switch on / off button
GRIND AMOUNT — ground coffee amount control
Controls the strength of espresso
FILTER SIZE — FILTER SIZE SELECTION BUTTON
Press the button to set the size of the filter placed
in the holder.
SINGLE / DOUBLE — light indicators of filter size.
Make sure that the switched indicator corresponds
to the filter set in the holder.
PROGRAM — programming mode button Press the
PROGRAM button to enter the programming mode.
Press button for one portion or
for two portions of coffee and pour the necessary
amount of espresso. Repeated pressing of button
or will keep the settings in the memory,
and the coffee station will make two sound signals.
In order to cancel the settings hold down the
PROGRAM button until the coffee station makes
three sound signals.

A standard portion of espresso is 30 ml.

A double portion of espresso is 60 ml.
CLEAN
—
light indicator of necessary cleaning.
Switches on automatically when it is necessary
to make full cleaning of the coffee station.

When the indicator stops blinking you can start
using steam.

GRINDING DEGREE CONTROL
Choose the desired grinding degree by turning the
control. The first 3 levels are recommended for
double bottom filters.
Adjust the grinding degree only when the coffee
grinder is on. Grinding degree adjustment when the
coffee grinder is off will lead to sticking of coffee
beans between the millstones, additional operating
noise and, a result, failure of the appliance.
MODE SELECT SWITCH
For milk frothing turn the switch into position .
To switch on espresso mode or stand by mode turn
the switch into STANDBY position.
After 5 minutes of continuous steam supply the
steam function will be automatically off. Set the
switch in STANDBY position.
INTERGRAL COFFEE GRINDER
Before using the coffee grinder turn the locking
mechanism located in the container clockwise
through 90° in the LOCK position.
For convenient cleaning of the beans container set
the blocking mechanist in the UNLOCK position.
CASE FOR ACCESSORIES
Insert the case for accessories in the base of the
coffee station and move it against the back wall.
REMOVABLE TRAY FOR DROPS
Assemble the tray for drops upon setting of the
filling indicator and the grid and place the tray in
the coffee station’s base against the stop.
When the filling indicator turns into position FULL,
it is necessary to remove water from the tray.
REMOVABLE WATER CONTAINER
Fill in the container with cold drinking water. The
volume of the water container is 2 l.
Before washing the container take off the filter.
