MANUALE di MANUTENZIONE per GRU MOBILI IDRAULICHE da OFFICINA
RESPONSABILITA’ DEL PROPRIETARIO E/O DELL’UTILIZZATORE DEL MEZZO
Questo Manuale è parte integrante della gru e deve sempre accompagnarla, anche in caso di vendita.
Il Proprietario e/o l’utilizzatore della gru devono conoscere le istruzioni d’uso e le raccomandazioni prima dell’uti-
lizzo dello stesso. Se l’operatore non capisce bene la lingua del presente manuale, le istruzioni devono essere
lette e spiegate nella sua lingua madre assicurandosi che ne comprenda il signicato.
Il costruttore non risponde di alcun danno a persone o a cose per uso improprio o non consentito della gru.
MONTAGGIO
● Togliere la gru dall’imballo vericando che la macchina non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto e che siano
presenti tutti i pezzi indicati nella lista di spedizione. Il materiale dell’imballo deve essere riciclato o riutilizzato.
● Slare la spina piegata (D) (gura 1) dopo aver tolto la coppiglia (C), abbassare la gamba in posizione
orizzontale e reinlare la stessa spina nel foro inferiore bloccandolo con la coppiglia.
● Procedere allo stesso modo con l’altra gamba.
● Dopo aver slato la coppiglia (E), ruotare di 180° verso l’alto i piedini (F) e reinserire la coppiglia:
questo al ne di appoggiare la gru solo sulle ruote.
● PRIMA DELL’USO DELLA GRU, SOSTITUIRE IL TAPPO DELL’OLIO (A) sul CILINDRO con QUELLO
FORATO (B) dato in dotazione. (g.2)
● Provare il sollevamento della gru prima a vuoto (g. 3) e successivamente, dopo aver regolato il braccio
(g. 4) con il carico previsto.
(ATTENZIONE ! rispettare il Diagramma Portate posto sul braccio)
FUNZIONAMENTO
Sollevamento con la gru: attivare la leva comando del cilindro - pompa. (g. 3)
Abbassamento con la gru: ruotare il pomello che aziona la valvola di scarico lentamente in senso antiorario.

ISTRUZIONI D’USO
L’unità idraulica (cilindro-pompa) è un sistema sigillato che in condizioni normali richiede solo
una lubricazione mensile dei pezzi mobili.
Nel caso che l’unità idraulica perda olio e sia smontata per sostituire le guarnizioni (vedere lista parti di ricam-
bio), occorre attivare la pompa a mano ed aggiungere lentamente l’olio attraverso il foro di riempimento.
Quantità d’olio necessaria : 1 Litro
Attenzione
una quantità maggiore d’olio potrebbe causare inconvenienti.
Usare tutti gli olii idraulici con gradazione ISO 22 (rif. Shell Tellus oil 22 o equivalente).
NON USARE MAI OLIO PER FRENI.

ATTENZIONE NORME DI SICUREZZA
● Non sovraccaricare ! Il sovraccarico può causare danni o rotture alla gru.
● Durante il trasporto assicurarsi che il carico non cada improvvisamente od oscilli.
● I perni della colonna, del braccio e della prolunga devono essere sempre bloccati da coppiglie di
sicurezza od anelli seeger.
● La gru è progettata per l’utilizzo su un pavimento con superce piana e robusta in grado di sostenere
il carico. Utilizzare tali gru in pavimenti sconnessi e cedevoli può comportare per la stessa,
instabilità o perdita del carico. (g. 5)
● Abbassare il braccio ed il carico nella posizione più bassa possibile prima di iniziare il trasporto.
● La valvola di sicurezza è tarata e sigillata dal costruttore; E’ assolutamente vietato manometterla
o variare la taratura.
LA MANCANZA di RISPETTO di queste RACCOMANDAZIONI può causare la perdita del
carico, danni alla gru e/o rotture con la conseguenza di danni alle persone o alle cose.
MANUTENZIONE
Ingrassare i perni ogni 3 mesi. In caso di perdita d’olio dall’unità idraulica, sostituire le guarnizioni.
ISPEZIONI
● Un controllo visivo deve essere effettuato prima dell’ uso della gru vericando perdite, danni, parti
sciolte o mancanti, parti usurate.
● Ogni gru deve essere controllata immediatamente se la stessa è stata assogettata ad un sovraccarico
o ad urto. È raccomandabile che questa ispezione venga effettuata da personale
specializzato del rivenditore.
● Il proprietario e/o l’operatore devono essere consapevoli che la riparazione di tale mezzo può richiedere
conoscenze e attrezzature specialistiche.
DISTRUZIONE DELLE GRU
Quando la gru deve essere distrutta, l’olio deve essere tolto dal cilindro e riciclato in accordo alla normativa
vigente nel paese.

SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS FOR HYDRAULIC MOBILE WORKSHOP CRANES
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER AND/OR THE MACHINE OPERATOR
These instructions are an essential part of the crane and must always follow it, even in case of sale.
The owner and/or the operator of the crane shall understand the product operating instructions and warnings
before operating the workshop crane.
If the operator is not uent in English, the product instructions and warnings shall be read to and discussed with
the operator in the operator’s native language, making sure that he understands its contents.
The crane maker is not liable for damages brought about to people or things due to unt or unallowed use of the
crane.
ASSEMBLING
● Open the packages while checking that the machine has not suffered any damages in transit and
that all pieces in the packing list are present. The packing material is to be recycled or used again.
● Withdraw the bent pin D (g.1) by removing the retaining elastic split pin C, lower the leg in hori
zontal position and insert the same bent pin into the lower hole, locking it by means of the retaining
elastic split.
● Proceed with the same system for the other leg.
● Withdraw the retaining elastic pin E, turn round 180° high position the feet and insert the same
retaining elastic pin: all this in order to put the crane on the wheels.
● BEFORE OPERATING THE CRANE, REPLACE THE OIL PLUG (A) ON THE CYLINDER WITH
THE HOLED ONE (B) SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER. (fig.2)
● Test the crane lifting first without load (fig. 3) then, before the exact position of telescopic jib (fig.
4), with the rated load.
( ATTENTION! Refered to LOAD diagram show on the jib.)
OPERATION
Lifting with the workshop crane: activate the pump-lever. (g. 3)
Lowering with the workshop crane: turn the release handle slowly counter-clockwise. (g.5)
SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
The hydraulic system (pump cylinder) is a sealed system, which, under normal circumstances,
only requires a monthly oiling of the moving parts to be maintened.
Activate the pump handle and add oil slowly through the ller hole in case the hydraulic unit leaks
oil and has been taken apart in order to replace worn seals by new ones (see the spare part list).
Required quantity of oil: 1 litre
Warning
a surplus of oil might cause troubles.
Use any hydraulic oil of gradation iso 22 (ref. shell tellus oil 22 or equivalent).
NEVER USE BRAKE FLUID.

WARNING SAFETY RULES
● Do not overload! Overloading can cause damage to or failure of the workshop crane.
●Assure that the load is not allowed to drop suddenly or swing during transporting.
● Masts, jib and telescopic jib pin must always be locked by means of safety split pins or retaining
rings.
● This workshop crane is designed for use only on rugged level surfaces capable of backing up the
load. The use on disconnected or yelding ooring can result in workshop crane instability or possible
loss of the load. (g. 5)
● Lower jib and load to the lowest possible position before tranporting.
● The safety valve is calibrated and sealed by the manufacturer; it is absolutely forbidden to tamper
with this valve or change its calibration.
FAILURE TO HEED THESE WARNINGS may result in loss of the load, damage to the crane
and/or failure resulting in personal injury or property damage.
MAINTENANCE
Grease the pins every 3 months. In case of oil leaking from the hydraulic system replace the seals.
INSPECTIONS
● Visual inspection shall be made before each use of the workshop crane by checking for leaks,
damages and loose, missing or worn parts.
● Each workshop crane shall be inspected immediately if it is believed to have been subjected to
an abnormal load or shock. IT IS RECOMMENDED that this inspection be made by supplier’s skilled
personnel.
● Owners and operators shall be aware that repair of this equipment may require specialized knowledge and
facilities.
It is recommended that an annual inspection of the workshop crane be made by a supplier’s
authorized specialist and that defective, dangerous or other parts be replaced with original spare
parts supplied by the manufacturer (see spare parts list).
CRANES DESTRUCTION
When the workshop crane, after several years of utilization, must be destructed, the oil must be drained from the
cylinder and recycled accor-ding to the country law in force.

NOTICE d’ENTRETIEN et TECHNIQUE pour GRUES
MOBILES HYDRAULIQUES d’ATELIER.
RESPONSABILITE’ DU PROPRIETAIRE ET/OU DE L’UTILISATEUR DE LA MACHINE.
Ce notice est une partie intégrante de la grue et doit toujours l’accompagner, en cas de vente aussi.
Le propriétaire et/ou l’utilisateur doivent connaitre et bien comprendre les instructions de mise en service et les
prescriptions avant d’utiliser la grue. Au cas où l’utilisateur ne parle pas couramment
le français, les instructions de mise en service et les prescriptions doivent lui etre lues et expliquées dans sa
langue maternelle, en s’assurant qu’il les comprend parfaitement. Le constructeur n’est pas responsable des
dommages provoqués aux personnes ou aux choses à cause de l’usage impropre ou abusif de la grue.
ASSEMBLAGE
● Ouvrir les colis, vérifiant que la machine n’ait pas subi des dommages en cours de route et que ne
manque aucune des pièces indiquées dans la note d’expédition. Le matériel d’emballage doit etre
recyclé ou bien utilisé une deuxième fois.
● Eniever la cheville pliée D (fig. 1) ôtat la goupille elastique C, abaisser le pied en position horizon
tale et introduire la meme cheville dans le trou inférieur, en le bloquant par la goupille élastique.
● Procédere dans la même facon avec l’autre pied.
● Eniever la goupille élastique E, tourner de 180° les pieds et ajouter la goupille: tout-ça pour appu
yer la grue seulement sur les routes.
● AVANT D’UTILISER LA GRUE, REMPLACER LE BOUCHON DE L’HUILE (A) SUR LE CYLINDRE
PAR LE BOUCHON FORE’ (B) DONNE’ PAR LE CONSTRUCTEUR (fig.2)
● Tester le levage de la grue d’abord à vide (fig. 3) et par la suite, après la regulation du bras (fig.
4), avec la charge prévue.
ATTENTION! Utilisè le diagramme de charge sur le bras.
FONCTIONNEMENT
Levage avec la grue: activer le levier commande du cylindre-pompe (g3)
Abaissement avec la grue: faire tourner la poignée de décompression lentement à gauche. (g.5)
NOTICE D’ENTRETIEN ET SERVICE
L’unitè hydraulique (cylindre pompe) est un système étanche lequel,normalement, ne nécessite
que de la lubrication mensuelle des pièces mobiles. Au cas où l’unité hydraulique coule de l’huile et a été dé-
montée pour le rechange des joints usés, (voir la liste des pièces de rechange), il faut activer la pompe manuelle
et remplir lentement d’huile le trou de remplissage.
Quantité d’huile nécessaire: 1 l.
Attention
une plus grande quantité d’huile pourrait causer des inconvénients.
Utiliser huile hydraulique d’une gradation ISO 22 (ref. Shell Tellus oil 22 ou equivalent).
NE JAMAIS UTILISER D’HUILE DE FREIN!

ATTENTION MESURES DE SECURETÈ!
●Ne pas surcharger! Une surcharge peut provoquer des dégats ou des ruptures à la grue.
●En manoeuvrant et déplaçant la grue, vérier que la charge n’oscille ou ne tombe pas soudainement.
● Les axes de la colonne, du bras et du bras telescopique doivent toujours etre bloqués au moyen
de goupilles de sureté ou d’anneaux de xage.
● La grue est projetée pour etre utilisée sur un sol plat et solide, à meme de soutenir la charge.L’utilisation
de ces grues sur un sol meuble ou déformé peut causer l’instabilité ou la perte de la charge. (g. 5)
● Abaisser le bras et la charge autant que possible avant de transporter.
● La soupape de sureté est tarée et plombée en usine. Ne jamais la toucher ou changer le tarage.
TOUTES NEGLIGENCES DES PRESCRIPTIONS CI-DESSUS PEUVENT PROVOQUER LA
PERTE DE LA CHARGE, DES DOMMAGES OU LA RUPTURE DE LA GRUE, ET, PAR CONSEQUENT,
DES DOMMAGES AUX PERSONNES ET AUX CHOSES AUSSI.
ENTRETIEN ET CONSEILS
Graisser les axes tous les trois mois. En cas de perte d’huile de l’unitè hydraulique, remplacer les joints..
INSPECTIONS
● Vérifier toujours, avant d’utiliser la grue, qu’il n’y a pas d’usure aux pièces mécaniques, pas de fuite d’huile au
groupe hydraulique, pas de dommages ou de parties manquantes.
● Au cas d’accident quelconque, surcharge ou choc, chaque grue doit etre controlée tout de suite.
Cette inspection DOIT TOUJOURS ETRE EFFECTUEE PAR DU PERSONNEL SPECIALISE’ DU
FOURNISSEUR.
● Le propriètaire et/ou l’opérateur doivent savoir que la réparation de ces grues peut exiger des connaissances
et des équipements spécialisés.
On recommande d’effectuer un controle annuel de la grue par un spécialiste, qui a été autorisé par le fournisseur.
On recommande aussi de remplacer toute pièce défectueuse ou dangereuse par des pièces de rechange originel-
les fournies par le constructeur (voir la liste des pièces de rechanges).
DESTRUCTIONS DES GRUES
Quand la grue, après plusieurs années d’usage,doit etre détruite, il faut enlever l’huile du cylindre et la recycler
d’une manière légale.

HYDAULIK-KRÄNE FÜR WERKSTÄTTEN
VERANTWORTUNG DES EIGENTÜMERS UND/ODER DES VERWENDERS DES GERÄTES
Dieses Handbuch stellt ein Teil des Kranes dar und muß diesen immer -auch beim Verkauf- begleiten.
Der Eigentümer und/oder Verwender des Kranes muß perfekt über die Gebrauchsanweisungen
und die Vorschriften informiert sein, bevor der Kran in Betrieb genommen wird. Wenn der Bediener
die Sprache des vorliegenden Handbuches nicht gut versteht, müssen die Gebrauchsanweisungen
ihm in seiner Muttersprache vorgelesen und erklärt werden. Es ist sicherzustellen, daß der Bediener alle Anwei-
sungen verstanden hat.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Personen- und Sachschäden, die auf einen unzulässigen oder unsachgemäßen
Gebrauch des Kranes zurückzuführen sind.
MONTAGE
● Die Verpackung öffnen und kontrollieren, daß die Maschine keine Transportschäden aufweist
und daß alle im Versandschein aufgeführten Teile vorhanden sind. Das Verpackungsmaterial
muß rückgewonnen oder wiederverwendet werden.
● Den gebogenen Zapfen D (Abb.1) herausziehen, nach der Splint C abgenommen worden ist.Die
Stütze zu einer waagerechten Stelle niedriegen, dann denselben Zapfen in dem Loch wiederiensc
tecken, und ihn mit dem Splint feststellen.
● Bei der anderer Stütze soll das Verfahren dasselbe sein.
● Nach der Splint E herausgezogen worden ist, soll man die Stife 180° nach oben drehen, und den
Splint einstecken: das soll man machen, um die Krane nur auf den Räder zu liegen.
● VOR DEM GEBRAUCH DES KRANES IST DER ÖLSTÖPSEL (A) am ZYLINDER durch den
mitgelieferten STÖPSEL MIT LOCH (B) zu ersetzen (Abb.2).
● Den Kran zuerst ohne Last hochfahren (Abb.3) und dann -nach Einstellung des Armes (Abb.4) -
mit der Last hochfahren..
(ACHTUNG! Es ist das am Arm angebrachte Tragfähigkeitsdiagramm zu beachten).
BETRIEB
Heben mit dem Kran: Den Steuerhebel des Pumpenzylinders betätigen (Abb.3).
Absenken mit dem Kran: Den das Ablassventil steuernden Ballengriff langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen
(Abb.5).
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN
Die Hydraulik-Einheit (Pumpenzylinder) ist ein versiegeltes System, das unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen
nur eine monatliche Schmierung der beweglichen Teile benötigt.
Falls die Hydraulik-Einheit Ölleckagen aufweist oder zum Auswechseln der Dichtungen ausgebaut
wird (siehe Ersatzteilliste), muß die Pumpe handbetätigt werden und es muß langsam Öl duch die entsprechen-
de Öffnung nachgefüllt werden.
Erforderliche Ölmenge: 1 l
ACHTUNG
Eine größere Ölmenge kann zu Störungen führen.
Es muß Hydrauliköl mit ISO-Grad 22 (Shell Tellus oil 22 oder gleichwertige Öle) verwendet werden.
NIEMALS ÖL FÜR BREMSEN VERWENDEN.
