Important Warnings
Before using your appliance read this instructions manual
carefully and keep it in a safe place as you may need to

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and

Assistance
In case of malfunction, take your appliance to the Customer
Support Service for assistance.
This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8
and by people with reduced physical, sensorial or mental
capabilities and/or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given instructions on using the appliance safely
and if they understand the hazards involved. Children may
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance must
not be carried out by children without supervision.

1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is
not the case, please consult the Customer Support Service.
1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep
the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance
to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.
To avoid re hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance
to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under
water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the
plug from the main power supply. See chapter 2.3. for more cleaning
instructions.

to properly install and operate this product and enjoy its advanced
features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.

• Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by

• Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling,

assembled and always unplug before disassembling it or handling
the blade.
• Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
• Do not let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or worktop, nor

• This appliance was designed to process normal household
quantities.
• Short-time operations. Use the appliance for no longer than 1 minute,
and do not operate hard food for no longer than 10 seconds.
• Always disconnect the blender from the mains if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning it.
• Please be aware there is a risk for potential injury resulting from
misuse.
• Please be extra careful when handling the sharp cutting blades,
emptying the bowl and while cleaning this appliance.
• Switch o the appliance and unplug it from the mains before
changing any accessories or approaching moveable parts in use.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.

2.2. Product usage
How to use the hand blender
This hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups,
mayonnaise and baby food, as well as for mixing and milkshakes. For
example, you can mix 120g of carrots with 180g of water.
1. Turn the satinless-steel rod on the motor unit until it locks into
position.
2. Place the hand blender in the container.
3. Use the hand blender for no longer than 1 minute.
CAUTION: the blade is very sharp!
How to use the chopper
1. The chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat,
cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes, etc.
2. Do not chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coee
beans and grains.

Before chopping
1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Caution: the blade
is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the chopper bowl’s centre pin. Press the blade
down and lock the bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on top of an
anti-slip base.
3. Place the food in the chopper bowl.
4. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.
5. Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.
6. Choose turbo speed to operate the chopper. During processing, hold
the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.
7. After use, turn the motor unit o the chopping bowl lid.
8. Then remove the chopping bowl lid and carefully take the blade out.
9. Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
10. Do not operate hard food for no longer than 10 seconds.
How to use the whisk
Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing
sponges and ready-mix desserts.
1. Inset the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the whisk holder
on the motor unit until it locks.
2. Place the whisk in a container; and only then
3. Use the whisk for no longer than 2 minutes.
4. Turn the whisk holder o the motor unit after use. Then pull the
whisk out of the whisk holder.
