● Thehead,themouth,oranyareaofthe
face.
● Theneckoranyareaofthethroatbecause
thiscouldcauseseveremusclespasms
resultinginclosureoftheairway,difficultyin
breathing,oradverseeffectsonheartrhythmor
bloodpressure.
● Donotuseneartheheart,orongenitalarea.
● Bothsidesofthethoraxsimultaneously
(lateralorfrontandback),oracrossyourchest
becausetheintroductionofelectricalcurrent
maycauserhythmdisturbanceswhichcouldbe
lethal.
● Onthecalvesofbothlegsatthesametime
becausethismaycausecardiacdisturbance.
● Onthebottomofbothfeetatthesametime

Openwoundsorrashesoroverswollen,
red,infectedorinflamedareasorskin
eruptions(suchasvaricoseveins,phlebitis,
thrombophlebitisandthrombosis),orontopof
orclosetocancerouslesions,oroverareasof
skinthatlacknormalsensation.

PAIN MANAGEMENT WARNINGS
● Ifyouhavehadmedicalorphysical
treatmentforyourpain,consultwithyour
physicianbeforeusingthisunit.
● Ifyourpaindoesnotimprove,becomes
seriouschronicorsevere,orcontinuesformore
thanfiveyears,stopusingtheunitandconsult
withyourphysician.
● Themereexistenceofpainfunctionsasa
veryimportantwarningtellingusthatsomething
iswrong.Therefore,ifyousufferfromany
seriousillness,consultyourphysicianinorder
toconfirmthatitisadvisableforyoutousethis
PowerReliefunit.
PRECAUTIONS REGARDING THE PADS
● Donotmovethepadstoanotherlocation
whiletheunitison.
● Therapywon'tworkwithjustonepad.You
MUSTUSETWOPADSatthesametime.

● Makesurethecomponentsareconnected
wellandthepadsarefixedonthepartofthe
bodyyouwishtotreatorthetherapymaynot
beeffective.
● Padshouldnottouchanymetalobject,such
asbeltbuckle,necklace,orothermetalworn
underclothing.
● Donotoverlappadsorputpadsontopof
eachother.Itmayweakenorstoptherapy,or
theunitmaystopworking.Gelpadsmayalso
sticktogetherandcausegeltoberemoved
whenseparating.
● Donotsharepadswithanotherperson.This
maycauseaskinirritationorinfection.Pads
areintendedforusebyoneperson.
● Donotleavepadsattachedtotheskinafter
treatment.
● Donotbendorfoldbecausethegelmayget
damagedanditwon'tstickorfunctionproperly.
● Toavoiddamagetotheadhesivesurface
tothepads,putthepadsonlyontheskinor
ontheplasticpadholderprovidedtoavoid
damagetotheadhesivesurfaceofthepads.
● Alwaysplacecleanpadsinaccordancewith
illustrationsprovided.
● Donotapplyointmentoranysolventto
thepadsortoyourskinbecauseitwilldisrupt

thepadsfromfunctioningproperly.Theself-
adhesivepadswilladheretoyourskin.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Scientifictheorysuggeststhatelectrical
stimulationtherapymayworkinseveralways:
1. Thegentleelectricalpulsemovesthroughthe
skintonearlynervestoblockorshutoutthepain
messagefromthesourceofthepaintoreaching
thebrain.
2. Thegentleelectricalpulseincreasesthe
productionofthebody'snaturalpainkiller,such
asendorphins.
3. Furthermore,itisthoughtthattheelectrical
stimulationimprovesbloodcirculationaswell.
Musclescontractandrelaxwiththeflowof
theelectricalstimulation.Withthereplated
contractingandrelaxing,thebloodflowsinand
outandthebloodcirculationimproved.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Connectthepadstothewirebysnapping
themon,thenremovetheprotectivefilm.
Note: addingafewdropsofwateronthepads
willincreasetheirlongevity.
2.Placepadswherethemassagesensations
aredesired.
Plugintooneoftheportsonthe

device.Foradditionalreliefusethesecondport
andrepeatproceduretoputonanothertwo
pads.Makesurebothpadsontheskinandnot
overlapping.Makesureyourskinisfreefrom
anydirt,oilorlotion.
3. Turnthedeviceonbyslidingtheon/off
switchonthetopoftheunit.Theunitwillbenow
activated.
4.Pressthemodebuttontotrydifferentmodes.
Thenpressthecenterbuttontochoosethe
waveswithinthatselection.
Rememberthestrengthwilldefaulttothelowest
setting
byeachmodeselection.
Note:Centerbuttoncanalsobeusedasalock
key.Pressandholditfor3secondstolockthe
screen,3secondsagaintounlockthescreen.
5. Onceyouselectamode,graduallyincrease
theintensitybypressingthe+button;decrease
itbypressing-button.
6.Recommendedapplicationis10-60minutes.
Increase10minutesbyeachsetting.Thetime
remainingisautomaticallycounteddown.Then
theunitwillautomaticallyturnoffaftertime
finish.

Mode Description:
TENS:Itisbeusedfortemporaryreliefofpain
associatedwithsoreandachingmusclesinthe
shoulder,waist,back,neck,upperextremities(arm),
andlowerextremities(leg)duetostrainfromexercise
ornormalhouseholdworkactivities.
PMS:Itisintendedtobeusedtostimulatehealthy
musclesinordertoimproveandfacilitatemuscle
performance.
