NOT CLEAN THE APPLIANCE WITH CHEMICALLY ACTIVE LIQUIDS (SUCH AS PETROL,
KEROSENE, ALCOHOL, DISSOLVENT).

If used carefully, service life of your appliance can exceed the period specified by
manufacturer.
The date of production represented in the serial number: the third month of the
fourth digit of production, the fifth year of production (2010 to 2019). Example:
хх120ххххххх - 12 month, 2010.
BEFORE USING
Please, read this instruction carefully before operating the appliance.
Before the first use or after a prolonged inaction period we recommend you wipe the
inside of the multi-cooker with a wet cloth. Loose (not electric) parts of the multi-
cooker should be washed in warm soapy water, and then rubbed dry.
A big bawl allowes to cook frugally and tasty for the whole family. The multi cooker

OPERATING MULTI COOKER
1. Place multi cooker on an even dry heat-resistant non-skid surface, as close to
the socket as possible.
2. Open multi cooker by pressing the release button of the lid and pull it.
3. Take out the bowl. Make sure it’s clean and dry underneath it, and the thermal
sensor is cool.
4. Measure rice and cold water; place them evenly into the bowl (see the table of
rice and water right proportions below). Maximum rice quantity in the bowl is 20
measuring glasses.
Rice Water
2 glasses 3 - 3 1/2glasses
3 glasses 4 - 4 1/2 glasses
4 glasses 5 - 5 1/2 glasses
6 glasses 7 - 7 1/2 glasses
8 glasses 9 - 9 1/2 glasses
10 glasses 11 - 11 1/2 glasses
12 glasses 12 - 12 1/2 glasses
5. Place the bowl back into the multi cooker. Make sure it is placed correctly, and is
not into too tight contact with operational surface of the heating element.
6. Make sure the overfill preventing lid is in the right position.
7. Close the lid. If the lid is closed properly, you’ll hear a click.
8. Plug the multi cooker, having made sure the appliance is switched off.
9. Cooking
• Press “Cooking”. A corresponding indicator will light up.
• To choose the rice sort (long, round) press “Rice sort” (For your convenience, the
appliance saves the rice sort you have used last time).
• To choose standard taste press “Rice taste” where you can choose one of the
three rice tastes:
- Soft. Compared to standard the rice becomes soft
- Standard taste of well-cooked rice
provides constant and easy way of cooking for various courses, such as rice, fish,
poultry, stewed vegetables, backed goods.
Lots of products can be cooked in the steamer bowl, including meat, fish, poultry,
vegetables, or even backed goods. You can steam-cook products quickly and easily,
but what is more important, this method of cooking preserves original product
flavours and nutritive values.

- Hard. Compared to standard the rice becomes hard
• After pressing “Start” button the corresponding indicator and all aforesaid
indicators are lit up constantly. The coojking has started.
• Cooking time with this mode is 55 minutes.
10. Fast cooking
• Press “Cooking” to choose fast cooking mode. After pressing, A correspondent
indicator lights up.
• To choose the rice sort (long, round) press “Rice sort” (For your convenience, the
appliance saves the rice sort you have used last time).
• After pressing “Start” button the corresponding indicator and all aforesaid
indicators are lit up constantly. The cooking has started.
• Cooking time with this mode is 45 minutes (when the appliance is in the sleep
mode, pressing the button switches on a fast cooking regime. The rice sort will be
chosen by default)
11. Cooking of crispy rice:
• Press “Cooking” to choose crispy rice cooking mode. After pressing, a
corresponding indicator will light up. The digital display will indicate “1:30”
• Default time is “1:30”. It may vary between 1 and 2 hours.
• Pressing “Hour” button once adds one hour.
• Pressing “Minute” button once adds one 5 minutes.
• To choose the rice sort (long, round) press “Rice sort” (For your convenience, the
appliance saves the rice sort you have used last time).
• After pressing “Start” button the indicators and the digital display is lit up
constantly. The cooking has started.
12. Marshy porridge/Soup:

• Press “Function” to choose Marshy porridge/Soup cooking mode. After pressing
a corresponding indicator will light up, the digital display will indicate “1:00”
• Default time (1 hour) may vary between 1-4 hours.
• Pressing “Hour” button once adds one hour.
• Pressing “Minute” button once adds one 10 minutes.
• After pressing “Start” the indicators and the digital display will be lit up constantly.
The cooking has started.
13. Steam-cooking:
• Press “Function” to choose steam-cooking mode. After pressing the
corresponding indicator will light up, the digital display will indicate “5”.
• Default time (5 mins) may be set in the limit between
5-50 minutes. (Time is measured after start of boiling).
• Pressing “Minute” button once adds one minute.
• Put vegetables, meat, poultry into the steamer-bowl so that it took its place over
the water bowl on its inner rim.
• The following table may be used as a guideline.

• After pressing “Start” the indicators and the digital display will be lit up constantly.
The cooking has started.
14. Slow cooking:
• Press “Function” to choose slow cooking mode. After pressing the corresponding
indicator will light up, the digital display will indicate “2:00”.
• Default time (5 hours) may be set in the limit between 2-12 hours.
• Pressing “Hour” button once adds one hour.
• Pressing “Minute” button once adds one ten minutes.
• After pressing “Start” the indicators and the digital display will be lit up constantly.
The cooking has started
15. «Delay»:
• Choose button “Function” or “Cooking”.
(Modes: steam-cooking, cooking of stewed courses (slow stewing), fast cooking,
crispy rice cooking – impossible to set in advance).
• Before choosing of function set the course cooking time “Hour” and “Minute”.
Then choose preliminary setting of time button “Delay”. If you do not choose the
cooking time, the time will be set by default.
• Press “Delay” once. The corresponding indicator and digital display will light up.
• Time set preliminary is the time when the course is ready.
• If the set time is shorter than rice cooking time the appliance will start cooking

immediately after pressing “Start” button.
• The shortest time to be set in advance is 1 hour.

• After pressing “Start” button the indicators and the digital display will light up.
• To preserve taste the preliminarily set time should not exceed 12 hours .
16. Display
• Display in a sleep mode «00:00». Indicator “Start” will light up».
• If you have chosen the function but did not press “Start”, the appliance will
return into a sleep mode in 30 seconds.
• During the appliance operation the time of the listed and other functions is
measured backwards – soup, steam-cooking, cooking of stewed courses (slow
stewing), crispy rice cooking.
(Basic time unit is a minute).
17. Heat preserving «Heating» / «Cancel»
• After finishing any function the appliance automatically switches into “Heating”
mode.
• Pressing «Heating» / «Cancel» sets the appliance to sleeping mode, repeated
pressing of the same button will set the appliance to « Heating » mode.¬
18. Open the lid. Provided that rice is ready to eat mix it using a plastic spoon.
19. When finished using unplug the appliance, let the inner parts of the multi cooker
cool down, wash the bowl in warm soapy water.
20. Condensate appears after each cooking, it can be removed using dry cloth.
NOTES
• Never pour water on the thermal sensor and the heating element active area.
• Do not leave water in the bowl, if not using the appliance for more than 2 days.
• Never take out the bowl to extract food leftovers, if the appliance is plugged,
otherwise the thermal sensor will break down.
• Do not turn the switch on until you have placed all the ingredients into the bowl,
placed on the multi cooker.
• Never leave potholders, towels or other materials on the multi cooker lid while
operating it. They will block steam escape.
• Do not cut products into the bawl and do not use metal objects to mix food to
avoid leaving marks on the coating surface.

• Do not pour vinegar into the bawl to avoid damaging the surface
• Do not pour water over the maximum mark.
• If water drops appear on the case, don’t worry – it’s just condensed water.
• The manufacturer has the right to make alterations in the multi cooker design to
improve the consumer properties of the unit, without additional announcement.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• The multi cooker is adjusted to function with the power supply specified in the
instruction.
• The multi cooker must be used in the vertical position only. Never use the multi
cooker on an uneven non-heat-resistant surface.
• This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or having insufficient knowledge or
experience, unless they are given supervision by a person responsible for their
safety.
• Improper use of the appliance can lead to electric shock and affect your health.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer
or its agent, or the responsible qualified person.
• To avoid humidity damage, the distance between the multi cooker and other
objects should be no less than 50 cm. Avoid proximity to objects which are easily
deformed by humidity and electric appliances.
• Do not use the opened appliance while cooking.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
• Do not let the power supply cord hang from the table and come in contact with
hot surfaces.
• Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used at children access
distance.
• Any changes or modifications of the appliance without a manufacturer’s
permission are not possible, as they can lead to damage, inconvenience in use or
even user injury.
• Never touch the bowl when the appliance is operated.
• Do not move the operating appliance.
• Do not use in the open air.
• Do not use the appliance if it is closed in a wrong way.
• Do not use the appliance if dropped and damaged.
• Do not place the appliance close to a gas or electric cooker, or a heated oven.
• Take all necessary precautions to prevent burns and fires, as this appliance
generates heat and escapes steam when in use.
• In order to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock:
- store the multi cooker unplugged when not in use;
