Preamble
Alb Filter - a matter of heart.
We are pleased that you have chosen Alb lter.
Since 2001 we can look back on a great experience in the
eld of water treatment.
At a time when even the smallest part seems to come from

centre of the Swabian Alb. A production site in southern
Germany, which is characterized by the highest standards

Description
The Alb Filter Duo - a high-quality water lter for
installation directly on your tap.
Alb Filter Duo can be used for:
• Drinking water production
• Preparation of food (cooking water)
• Food cleanings
The lter is installed directly on the tap. For this
purpose, the connection diverter valve is screwed to
the standardized outlet (M22 AG/M24 IG) instead of the
faucet aerator.
A practical switch lever allows you to choose between
ltered and unltered water.

Installation Alb Filter Duo
The Alb Filter Duo has an M22 internal thread as
standard, suitable for most taps with M22 external
thread. You may need an optional adapter for your
individual tap.

Determine connection thread
The two most common faucet aerator variants are called
M22 or M24 in technical terms. Furthermore there are the
sizes M18, M19 and M21, which are not very common.
Approach:
1. Remove the faucet aerator from your tap. If
necessary, use a pipe wrench with protective jaws or
an installation wrench.
