blending/away from the cutting blade while chopping
food to prevent possibility of severe injury to persons or
damage to the unit

You can use the hand blender for preparing dips, sauces,
soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for making
milkshakes and smoothies.
1. Attach the blender stick on to the motor unit and make
sure it gets locked. (Refer: Fig-1)
2. Introduce the hand blender in a vessel. Select the inching
switch between MIN-MAX depending upon receipe
requirement. Now choose the buttons between
low speed (7000 RPM) & high speed (15000 RPM)
depending on the food item that you are preparing and
the purpose of using the blender.
Note: Liquids splash when blender is used at high
speed.(Refer: Fig-2)
3. Turn the blender stick off and disengage from the motor
unit after use. This blender can be used in a measuring
beaker as well as any other vessel.
4. Do not use the hand blender for more than 1 minute at a
stretch.

CAUTION
The blades of the blender are very sharp
Do not operate on food without water
Do not immerse in water
Always use the stick blender to blend ingredients together
with water or other liquid
The working cycle of hand blender is of 30 seconds at a
stretch after with a gap of 1 minute should be given. The
blender can be used for 5 cycles after which the blender
needs to be cooled in room temperature
When you take out the stick from the motor unit, make
sure of it unplugged
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Do not immerse the motor unit in water
Unplug the appliance before cleaning
Rinse all the washable parts of the appliance with mild
cleanser
Be careful while handling the blades. The blades are very
sharp
