This manual will help you to use the XT423 printer. Please read this manual before using
the printer

STATEMENT
The printer is a class A product. Please be careful to avoid the radio interference.

Safety Instruction
• Don't disassemble the printer yourself. Please read the manual before using it.
• Switch off the printer when there is malfunction, unplug the charger and remove
the battery if the printer's abnormal or have peculiar smell.
• Don't use the printer nearby the gas station, fuel warehouse or other combustible
material.
• When charging, make sure the ambient temperature between -5℃～ 40℃ , using
our original battery and power adapter. The uncertificated adapter may be
damage the printer.
• Don't open the paper cover when printing.
• Don't touch the printer head to avoid scald or damage the printer.
• Don't use the organic solvent to clean the printer head and the shell.
• Recommended to use the high quality thermal paper.
• Please take out the battery if won't use the printer for a long time.
• Power off the printer before replacing the battery.
• The operation temperature is between -10℃ to 50℃ . But the printing effect will

Reading before using battery:
• Reading this manual and label on battery before using the battery.
• Charge battery in proper ambient temperature. If the temperature is too high the
battery may be heated, unshaped even fired.
• Don't disassemble the battery pack yourself to avoid to damage the battery.
• If the electrolyte jumps into the eye please flush the eye with water and come to
the hospital for help immediatly.
• Don't squeeze, mechanical vibrate and shake the battery. Don't short-circuit the
battery.
• Don't put the battery into water.
• Don't expose the battery under the sunshine. Don't use the battery in these place
be affected in limited ambient condition. (higher than 45℃ or lower than -5℃ )
• Selecting the long-term thermal paper if you need store the printed bill for a long
time.

space just like the bathroom.
• Change a new battery while the battery power become too week.
• Keep the battery away from the children.
• If the battery shape or color has changed please stop to use it and change a
new one.

Reading before using the adaptor:
• Don't disassemble the adaptor. Don't use the adaptor if the wire was broken.
• Don't touch the adaptor with wet hand when it is working.
• Don't short-circuit the adaptor.
• Don't use the adaptor in high humidity space just like the bathroom.
• Hold the adaptor body to unplug it. Don't pull the power wire.
• Keep the adaptor away from the children.
