1 Abstract
The win turbine generator system is the equipments which coul
pro uce electricity by the rotating of bla es. The function of the
controller is to rectify the output an protect the generator un er severe
environment. The E-series generator coul be applie in the system of
win an solar hybri , as the controller of it has a solar connector. ( solar
connection is option, contact with factory for etails)
2 USAGE
This E-series generator coul be both applie for home use an factory
use, which is available for on-gir an off-gri , While on-gir by matching
on-gri inverter an off-gir by matching batteries an off-gri inverter.

4 Insta ation of wind generator
4.1 Site choosing
Win turbine generator system shoul be installe at least 50m away

from house or areas people gathering. It shoul be avoi e to have trees
or buil ings nearby to affect the win spee or win irection. It is
forbi en to install the win turbine generator on soft lan s, uneven
groun or areas where the groun can be easily influence by the
climates. At the same time, the istance between generator an battery
shoul be also consi ere , as the longer the istance, the less the
wastage. An please use a thicker cable for long istance connection.
4.2 Assemb y and connection
Note：Please, firstly connect the controller with battery, an then the generator

4.4 Assemb y generator
1. Connect the cable to the bottom of generator, an then make the
cable go through the pole center.
For E1KW/E2KW/E3KW:
Terminal No.1 an No.2 connect with temperature;
Terminal No.3, No.4 an No.5 connect with win generator power cable.
E5KW:

2. Connect the generator with the pole by screw;

（1）The flange has been assemble on the motor shaft before elivery
（2）Please note the concave part of bla es shoul face the win , an
tight the bla e with flap by screw. Balance is very important, an o

not tight the screw before assembling all bla es. For fin ing balance,
please make a same istance for every apex, an then tighten the
screw. (as below）。
Note: L1=L2=L3（with tolerance ±5mm）。
Tighten the screw after fin ing balance.
4. Assemble the nose cone by screw
5. Connect the tail with the generator with screw
