In the following cases XPLORA Hovershoes will automatically limit the maximum speed to a safe speed.
You are riding too fast: when moving too fast, the XPLORA Hovershoes will ensure that the speed does
not continue to increase. At this time, your body is tilted too much and the speed is too fast. The XPLORA
Hovershoes speed limit mechanism is triggered and will slow down gradually. At this time, please adjust your
body’s tilt so that your body and the XPLORA Hovershoes remain at the same level. If you continue to tilt
forward to accelerate, the XPLORA Hovershoes may lose balance and fall.
Overload or prolonged stay on the slope: when the safety designed value of the XPLORA Hovershoes is
exceeded for a period of time (normally occurs on steep slopes, deep pits, due to excessive weight of the
rider, or a long stay on a slope) the XPLORA Hovershoes will be overloaded. This may cause the motor to
heat up and an automatic mechanism will reduce speed gradually.
Low battery: when the battery power drops below 30% the maximum speed under normal operation will
gradually decrease.
