Downloading the App
Download the app “Da Fit” from your phone’s app store. Alternatively, you can scan the
following QR code to download the app.
Compatible systems: Android 4.4 or above, iOS 8.0 or above.
Introduction
In order to turn on the watch, press and hold the control button.
Charging and Activating the Watch
Before you use the watch for the first time, you need to charge it
in order to activate the watch. Connect the charging cable to
magnetic points on the back of the watch and connect the other
end of charging cable to a computer USB port or charging
adapter.

Pairing
For data transfer, open the Da Fit app, click on “bind watch” and find the watch you want
to connect to. If there are more watches, please connect to the watch with
corresponding MAC address. You can find your MAC address in the settings of your
watch. Note: Audio does not turn on when the watch is low on power.
For calls, you have to connect the watch separately as Bluetooth audio device. First, you
have to turn on the audio switch of the watch. Swipe down in the main interface of the
watch, enter the control centre and tap the audio switch icon. Blue icon indicates the
audio is on. Then, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and connect to “Audio_Watch
TSs”. Once the watch is successfully paired, the watch will automatically connect to the
phone and synchronizes the data upon entering the app.
Call Function
When the watch is connected to your phone, you can use it to make or answer calls. You
can view your call history as well. When using the call function, you need to make sure
that your watch has stable connection to your phone, meaning that both devices are
close to each other.

Functions
Music player
While connected, the watch can control the phone’s music player.
Motion information
The watch records and displays the number of steps you take each
day, the calories you burned, and mileage information. More
detailed analysis and data records can be viewed in the Da Fit app.
Sleep
Your watch can record and show the total length of your sleep last
night and the length of your deep and light sleep. More detailed
analysis and data records can be viewed in the Da Fit app.
Heart rate
The watch can record and display a heart rate throughout the day.
Click on the heart rate interface to measure the current heart rate.
More detailed analysis and data records can be viewed in the Da Fit
app.
Blood pressure
Click on the blood pressure interface to measure the current blood
pressure value. More detailed analysis and data records can be
viewed in the client.
Blood Oxygen
Click on the oxygen interface to measure the current oxygen value.
More detailed analysis and data records can be viewed in the client.
Weather information
The weather page shows the current weather, air quality
information, and tomorrow’s conditions. In order for the weather
information to work, the watch needs to be connect to the Da Fit
app. The weather information cannot be updated if the watch is
disconnected for a long time.

Exercise
You can choose from eight sports modes.
Walking, running, cycling, basketball, football, badminton, skipping
rope, swimming.
Notifications
The watch can receive notifications from your phone. You can
choose whether to turn the notifications on or off in the Da Fit app.
Camera control
When the phone is connected, the watch can be used as a remote
control for the phone’s camera. When you turn on the camera on
your phone, you can trigger the phone’s camera by tapping on the
camera control function on the watch.
Other features
Stopwatch, alarm clock, timer, brightness adjustment, vibration
switch, do not disturb mode, cinema mode, factory reset, shutdown,
advanced information about the device.
Dial switch
Pressing and holding the dial on the main interface will get you to
the dial switch interface. Swiping left and right lets you choose the
dial you like the best. You can also switch dials in the Da Fit app.
Precautions
•Do not use charging voltage greater than 5 V, charging current greater than 2 A.
Charging time is about 2-3 hours.
•Do not charge the device if it has water stains on it.
•This product in an electronic monitoring product for your reference only, do not
mistake it for a medical device.

Common Problems
What should I do if I have problems with connection or notifications?
You should try resetting connection of your device with the following instructions:
1. Unbind your device in the Da Fit app and for iOS devices cancel connection in the
Bluetooth settings as well.
2. Uninstall the Da Fit app from your phone.
3. Reset your watch in the device settings.
4. Install Da Fit app again on your phone.
5. Bind your watch again in the Da Fit app.
Why don’t I receive notifications from some apps?
There can be two issues:
1. Notifications are not allowed for specific app. Go to device settings in the Da Fit
app on your phone and turn on notifications for selected app or turn on
notifications for “others”. On iOS devices you might need to restart your phone to
ensure proper function.
2. On Android device, your phone can automatically close Da Fit app when it is
running in the background. When Da Fit app is closed, it cannot communicate
with your watch. Please change settings of battery saving in your phone to allow
the app to run on the background.
Why can’t I find the device?
Since the wristband is not found in the Bluetooth broadcast, make sure the wristband is
in power and activated and is not connected to any other phones. Then, put the
wristband close to the phone. If it is still not working, restart the mobile phone.
Why should the wristband be worn more tightly when measuring heart
rate?
The wristband uses light reflection principle, penetrates the skin through the light
source and collects the signal reflected to the sensor to calculate your heart rate. If you
don’t wear it tightly, there will be ambient light reaching into the sensor, which will affect
measurement accuracy.
Is the wristband waterproof?
The device supports IP67 certification standard. It means that you can immerse device
for 30 minutes into one-meter depth. Practically, it means that this device shall
withstand light rain or washing hands. Device with this certification is not waterproof in
streams of water, against high pressure or high-temperature water.

Does the Bluetooth connection need to be opened all the time? Is there any
data after disconnection?
Before the data is synchronized, the data is kept on the wristband host (seven days of
data can be retained). When the Bluetooth connection of the wristband and the mobile
phone is successful, the wristband data will be automatically uploaded to the mobile
phone. Please synchronize data to the mobile phone on a regular basis.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the
product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport,
cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.
