For Your Safety
To avoid electric shock, do not open the housing of the receiver. Only qualified personnel are allowed to service
the receiver.
Keep the receiver away from flower vases, tubs, sinks, etc., to avoid damage and electric shock.
Do not expose the receiver under direct sunlight and keep it away from any heat source.
Do not block the venlaon holes of the receiver to allow air circulaon and prevent overheang.
When the receiver is operang abnormally, unplug it from the power outlet immediately.
Do not touch the receiver during thunderstorms as this might cause electric shock.
Switch off and unplug the receiver from the power outlet when it will not be used for extended periods of me.
Unplug the receiver from the power outlet before cleaning its housing. If the housing is dirty, wipe it clean with
damp cloth, then wipe it again with dry cloth.

2. Keep this user’s manual at a safe place for future reference.
3. Do not use the receiver near water.
4. Clean only with damp or dry cloth.
5. Do not install the receiver near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other
equipment/apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
6. Operate this product only with the type of power source indicated on the label. If you are not sure of
the type of power connected to your home, consult your local power company. Disconnect the receiver
from the power outlet before any maintenance or installaon procedure.
7. Protect the power cord from damage and stress.
8. Only use aachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
9. Unplug the receiver during lightning storms or when unused for extended periods of me.
10. Refer all servicing only to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the receiver has been
damaged in any way, including damage to the power cord and/or plug; if the receiver has been exposed
to liquid or moisture; has been dropped; or is not operang correctly.
11. Do not impede the airflow into the receiver by blocking the venlaon slots.

1. POWER BUTTON: Press to turn on or turn off the receiver.
2. CHANNEL DOWN: Press to go to a lower channel.
3. CHANNEL UP: Press to go to an upper channel.
4. LED DISPLAY SCREEN: Displays current channel and me.

1. RF IN: This input connects to your indoor mini antenna (included in the box) or aerial/outdoor
antenna.
2. RF OUT: This output will feed the RF signal to either your TV or another video system.

4. HD A/V OUT: Output to TV for high-definion audio and video.

Installing the Baeries
Remote the baery cover from the rear panel of the remote control and place 2 x AAA baeries inside the
compartment. Please make sure that the baery polaries match the polarity markings inside the
compartments.
Using the Remote Control
To use the remote control, point it towards the front panel of the receiver. The remote control has a range of
up to 7 meters from the receiver at an angle of up to 60 degrees.
NOTE: The remote control will not operate if its path is blocked.
Sunlight of very bright light will decrease the sensivity of the remote control.

Connecng to a Television
It is recommended to use the HDMI connecon to experience the highest video output performance out of
your receiver. Connect one end of the HDMI cable* to the receiver, and then connect the other end to the TV
as displayed on the illustraon below. Alternavely, you can use the component video output of the receiver to
allow HD video and audio via analog connecon.
* HDMI cable is not included in the package. Please acquire this cable separately.
For basic connecon from the receiver to the TV, you can use RCA (composite) connecon as displayed below.
To connect the receiver to an external audio system like an amplifier, you can use the coaxial output of the
receiver as displayed below.
