• Whilepreparingtheconvectionovenaccordingtothefollowinginstructions,theovenwillgiveoffaslightburningodor.The
convectionovenisactuallyburningoffexcesslubricantsandwillnotharmyouortheconvectionoven.
• PlugtheelectricalcordintoanACoutlet.
• Wipetheinsideoftheglassbowlwithadampsponge.
• Securelidonglassbowl.
• Placethepowerhandleinthehorizontalposition.
• Turntheovenon.
• Allowtocoolfor5minutesoruntilcooltothetouch.
• Wipeinsideoftheglassbowlwithadampspongeasecondtime.
• NOWYOUREASYCOOKOVENISREADYTOCOOKYOURFIRSTMEAL!
HOW TO OPERATE THE CONVECTION OVEN
• PlugoneendofPowerCordintobackoflidandtheotherinastandardACoutlet.
• Placelowerwirerackintheglassbowloftheconvectionoven.(Note:Usethelowerrackforallrecipesunlessotherwise
noted).Placefooddirectlyonrackunlessotherwisespecied.
• Securelidonglassbowlandplacesafetyhandleinthehorizontalposition.
• Choosethecookingtimeandtemperature,atthismomenttheovenwillstartoperationandtheindicatorlightsshouldlight
up.
• Whenthecookingtimeisover,abeepwillbesound.
• Ifthesafetyhandleisraisedtoaverticalpositionduringcookingtheheatingelementwillshutoffandthetimerwillslop.

CARE AND CLEANING
NOTE:Neverimmersethelid(motorunit)inwaterorotherliquids.
• Unplugtheconvectionovenandletitcool.
• Wipelidandfanhousingusingadishclothordampspongewithamilddishwashingdetergent.
• Donotcleanwithsteelwoolpadsorabrasivematerials.
• Washwireracksinmilddishwashingdetergentandwater.
• Cleanmetalpartsusingaspongeordishclothwithamilddishwashingdetergent,thenwipeclean.Ifscrubbingisnecessary,
useanylonorpolyestermeshpad.
SELFCLEANINGOFTHEGLASSBOWL
• Toselfcleanglassbowl,llwithapproximately1½inches(3.8cm)ofthehotwater.DONOTFILLABOVETHE1½INCH
LEVEL.
• Addonesqueezeofmilddishwashingdetergent.
• Replacelidonthebowlandplugtheconvectionovenin.
• Settimeto10minutes.
• Turnthetemperaturecontroldialtotheself-cleaningposition(“САМООЧИСТКА”).Theunitwillheatupfor1-2minutesand
thenswirlthewateraroundtocleanthebowl.
• Aftercycleiscompleted,rinseinwarmwatertoremoveallsoapresidue.
DISHWASHER-SAFEGLASSBOWL
• Theglassbowlandwireracksmayalsobewashedinthedishwasher.
• However,neverwashthelidinadishwasherorimmerseitinliquid.Removetheglassbowlfromitsstandbefore
dishwashing.
REMEMBER:
• Unplugtheconvectionovenbeforecleaningthelid.
• Lettheconvectionovencoolbeforewashing.
• Neverimmerselidinliquid.
• Donotaddwaterabovethe1½inch(3.8cm)levelwhenselfcleaning.
• Donotletfanassemblygetwet.

whentouched.
POULTRY
• Selectonlyfreshmeatorbirds.Poultryshouldlookandsmellfresh.

APPETIZERS
• Theconvectionovenmakesentertainingeveneasier.Mostfrozenappetizerscanbeservedwithin4to8minutesafter
removingthemfromthefreezer.Youcanalsomakeyourownappetizersandcookthematlightningspeedintheconvection
oven.
ORANGESPARERIBS
! Remember to preheat the convection oven to 250°C for 6 minutes before following recipe cooking temperature.
