Thank you for purchasing the VTech®Pull & Sing KittenTM learning toy!

The Pull & Sing KittenTM is a cheerful interactive kitten that loves to play

with the big ball of yarn! Pull the kitten along or press the letter buttons

and the kitten will introduce letters, colors and play music.

GETTING STARTED

BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.

2. Locate the battery cover on the back of

the kitten. Use a screwdriver to loosen

the screw.

3. Install 2 new AAA (LR03/AM-4)

batteries following the diagram inside

the battery box. (The use of new

4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult

supervision.

the LOW VOLUME ( ) or the HIGH

2. PULL CORD

To convert the unit from a push toy to

a pull toy, remove the pull cord from

the storage compartment on the back

of the Pull & Sing KittenTM. For your

child’s safety we suggest you store the

pull cord in the compartment until your

child is walking and to supervise your

child when playing with the pull cord.

3. AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF

To preserve battery life, the VTech®Pull & Sing KittenTM will

automatically power-down after approximately 30 seconds without

input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button or by

rolling the wheels twice during 1 second.

ACTIVITIES

1. Slide the on/off/volume control

switch to turn the unit on.You will hear

a kitten sound, a phrase and a song.

The light will flash with the sounds.

2. Pull the kitten to hear a variety of

phrases, sounds and melodies. The

light will flash with sounds.

3. Press the letter buttons to learn letters

and colors and hear playful songs

and melodies. The light will flash with

sounds.

4. If there is no input after approximately 8 seconds, you will hear a fun

phrase. After another 8 seconds without input, you will hear another

fun phrase. If there continues to be no input for another 8 seconds,

the unit will play a short tune and power down.The unit can be turned

on again by pressing any button or by pulling the kitten.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.

2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat

source.

3. Remove the batteries when the unit is not in use for an extended

period of time.

4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If for some reason the program/activity stops working or malfunctions,

please follow these steps:

1. Please turn the unit OFF.

2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.

3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.

4. Turn the unit ON. The unit should now be ready to play again.

5. If the product still does not work, replace with a new set of batteries.

service representative will be happy to help you.
