Thank you for purchasing the Nova 720 dive
light from SCUBAPRO. This rugged light
features a high intensity LED. It uses three
standard C-sized rechargeable or disposable
alkaline batteries and has a burn time of up to
10 hours (depends on battery type and quality).

INSTRUCTIONS
To turn ON the SCUBAPRO Nova 720 turn the
light head counter clock-wise and the light body
clock-wise until it is finger-tight and the light turns
on. Make sure to not over tighten the casing
as this could result in premature wear and/or
damage to the O-rings.
*NEVER USE A TOOL OF ANY KIND TO
TIGHTEN THE CASE*
To turn OFF the Nova 720 slowly turn the light
head clock-wise until the light turns off. Once the
light is off, do not turn the casing any further.
If the casing is unscrewed too far, flooding may result.
To switch between the 100% and 50% mode
turn the light off and on again.
!WARNING
Do not look directly into the light, or direct
the light into the eyes of others. Do not
alter or modify the dive light. If modification
causes water entry or other malfunctions,
the warranty will be void.
The light is fitted with an overpressure
valve for your safety. In case the battery
produces gas leading to a high internal
pressure of the light, the valve will open.
This could cause water to enter the light.
Proper storage: if the dive light is not to be
used for a long period of time, remove batteries
to avoid accidental leakage.
Proper maintenance: frequent use of the dive
light may cause O-rings to dry out. To avoid
leakage, clean O-ring groove with a cotton
swab and regularly apply lubricant to O-rings
to help prevent dry cracking. Please rinse the
Nova 720 with fresh water before storing.

ANLEITUNG
Zum EINSCHALTEN der SCUBAPRO Nova 720
drehen Sie mit den Fingern den Lampenkopf
im Gegenuhrzeigersinn und den Lampenkörper
im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag und das
Licht geht an. Überziehen Sie das Gehäuse
nicht, da dies zu vorzeitigem Verschleiß und/
oder Beschädigung der O-Ringe führen kann.
*VERWENDEN SIE NIE EIN WERKZEUG, UM
DAS GEHÄUSE FESTZUZIEHEN *
Um die Nova 720 AUSZUSCHALTEN, drehen
Sie den Lampenkopf im Uhrzeigersinn um, bis
das Licht ausgeht. Nachdem das Licht aus ist,
drehen Sie das Gehäuse nicht weiter.
Wenn das Gehäuse zu weit aufgeschraubt
wird, kann Wasser eindringen.
Um zwischen 100 % und 50 % umzuschalten,
schalten Sie einfach die Lampe aus und wieder
ein.
! WARNUNG
Blicken Sie nicht direkt in das Licht oder
richten Sie die Lampe nicht in die Augen
von anderen Leuten. Nehmen Sie an der
Tauchlampe keine Veränderungen vor.
Führen Veränderungen zu Wassereintritt oder
Funktionsstörungen, verfällt die Garantie.
Die Lampe ist für Ihre Sicherheit mit einem
Überdruckventil ausgestattet. Sollte die
Batterie Gas erzeugen, das in der Lampe zu
einem hohen inneren Druck führt, öffnet sich
das Ventil. Dadurch könnte Wasser in die
Lampe eindringen.

Richtige Lagerung: Wird die Taschenlampe
während eines längeren Zeitraums nicht
gebraucht, entfernen Sie die Batterien, um
mögliches Auslaufen zu verhindern.
Richtige Wartung: Eine häuge Verwendung
der Taschenlampe kann zu Austrocknen des
O-Rings führen. Reinigen Sie die O-Ring-
Nut mit einem Wattetupfer und schmieren
Sie die O-Ringe regelmäßig, um Rissbildung
und Wassereintritt zu verhindern. Bitte spülen
Sie die Nova 7201R vor dem Lagern mit
Süßwasser.
Umweltschutz-/Entsorgungsanweisung:
Entsorgen Sie das Produkt nur in einer
Sammelstelle für Elektroabfall. Batterien
gehören nicht in den Haushaltsmüll! Entsorgen
Sie bitte Batterien und/oder die Lampe an
geeigneten Sammelstandorten.

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour allumer (ON) la torche SCUBAPRO Nova
720, tournez la tête de l’appareil dans le sens
antihoraire jusqu’à ce qu’elle se bloque et que
la lumière s’allume. Veillez à ne pas forcer
lors du serrage du corps de la lampe car ceci
pourrait engendrer une usure prématurée et/ou
des dommages aux joints toriques.

SOIT POUR SERRER LE BOÎTIER*
Pour éteindre (OFF) la Nova 720, tournez
lentement la tête dans le sens horaire jusqu’à
ce que la lumière s’éteigne. Une fois que la
lampe est éteinte, n’allez pas plus loin.
Si le boîtier était trop dévissé, de l'eau pourrait
pénétrer.
Pour passer à 100 % ou à 50 %, il vous suft
d’éteindre et de rallumer.
!ATTENTION
Ne regardez pas directement la lumière,
et ne dirigez pas la torche vers les yeux
d’autres personnes. Ne faites pas de
changements ou de modications de la
torche. Si des modications provoquaient
une fuite d’eau ou autre défaillance, la
garantie serait annulée. La torche est
munie d’une soupape de surpression pour
votre sécurité. Au cas où la pile produirait
du gaz, ce qui provoquerait une pression
interne élevée dans la torche, la soupape
s’ouvrirait. Cela pourrait provoquer une
entrée d’eau dans la torche.
