INITIAL USE

Preparation

Please scan the QR code on this product to download the Unitree Pump APP, register your account and then follow the guide. This product requires the corresponding

software to achieve the full function.This product can work with a variety of accessories to meet diﬀerent exercise needs. The way to replace accessories are detailed in

the replacement accessories section.

Start Up

First short press the power button and when you hear a beep, release it. Then long press immediately the power button and meanwhile do not release your ﬁnger until you

hear two beeps. At this time the product is powered up. (the ring indicator light will be always on to show the current device power. (Note: If you do not immediately release

the hand, your operation will be judged as a mistaken touch, not as on the power by the system.)

Wait for the rope to be retrieved to the initial position and the power-on is completed. (Do not pull rope backwards or prevent rope retraction before the rope retraction is

completed.)

The second way of power-on: In the device-oﬀ state, the user can also quickly pull out the rope. Then accompanied by two beeps, rope retraction is ﬁnished. At this time,

power-on has been completed. (The ring-shaped indicator light is always on and display the current device power.)

Fixation

Usually, this product needs to be ﬁxed for use. It can be ﬁxed on the body (feet) using the foot ring ﬁxing accessories, or ﬁxed at the door seam using the door anchor, or

adsorbed on the smooth ground and wall using the suction cup accessories, etc.

Connect App

When using Unitree Pump APP for the ﬁrst time, there will be a guide page to guide users to connect this product with APP. When the product is powered on, click the

Add-Device button and follow the tutorial to connect the device easily. If you have already added this product to the Unitree Pump APP, an automatic quick reconnect

function can work.

Adjust Settings

The resistance of this product can be adjusted through the APP, the adjustable range is 2 ~ 10kg or 2 ~ 20kg. It can also be adjusted in the APP equipment settings and

free training page, and the real-time feedback of it can be achieved. The product will retain the last setting of resistance.

Training Program

This product provides multiple training programs in the APP. During the planned training, the intensity of the product will automatically change according to the speciﬁc

content of the training plan, without the need for users to manually change.

Shutdown

The operation of shutdown is the same as one of power-on. First short press the power button and when you hear a beep, release it. Then long press immediately the

power button and meanwhile do not release your ﬁnger until you hear two beeps. At this time the product is shutdown.

Battery Power

The ring indicator light is 4 cells in total. The battery power is 75~100% when the full light is on; 50~75% when 3 cells are on; 25~50% when 2 cells are on; 1~25% when

1 cell is on; No exercise can be done when the last one cell indicator is ﬂashing.

Forced Shutdown

When the product is on power, long press the power button for more than 5s. After 3 beeps, the power indicator goes oﬀ and the forced shutdown is completed.

※Attention! In order to avoid damage to both yourself and the product, do not use a force greater than 50kg, or pull the product too quickly and fast.

※Attention! Make sure to use a safety buckle. Otherwise, the accessory may fall oﬀ and cause damage to the product or yourself.

This product allows for changing the accessory quickly to meet diﬀerent exercise needs.Align an accessory interface with the groove, insert and rotate it counterclockwise

to the end. When the accessory gets stuck and locked, completely insert a buckle from the top of the interface to complete the reinforcement.When disassembling an

accessory, remove the safety buckle ﬁrst, then rotate the accessory clockwise until it align with the groove and take it out.

Charge this product with a compatible power adapter and a USB Type-C cable. It is recommended to use the charging cable included with this product for charging. This

product supports mainstream PD and QC charging protocols.When the product is successfully charged, there will be two short beeps and the power indicator lights will

show the current power and ﬂash. When all the power indicator lights are always on, the product is fully charged.When the Type-C cable is unplugged, the product will

automatically shut down and 3 short beeps will sound.

※Attention!! Never use a power adapter with an output of less than 5V2A.

CHARGE THIS PRODUCT

When the product is powered on (2 seconds after exercise), plug one end of the charging cable into the Type-C port of the Unitree Pump and the other end into the

charging port of the phone, then press the power button once to enter the external power supply mode, which currently supports up to 10w power supply.

※Attention!! For Android phones, you must use this function with the Type-C adapter.
