HOW TO TURN ON?
CHARGING
HOW TO USE?
Move the remote on/o switch (14) to the upper
position to turn on your UMAX Air Mouse M1. The
LED indicator (2) blinks quickly.
Low battery power is indicated by a quick
flashing of LED indicator (2) after pressing any
button.
To charge it, plug microUSB cable to the charging
port (16) and the other end to a USB phone
charger or a USB port on a computer.
During charging, the LED indicator (2) shows red
continuous light.
When the battery is fully charged, the LED
indicator (2) turns o.
Plug the USB receiver into a USB port on a com-
puter, Android TV box, or smart TV. On the first
use, you might need to wait 20-60 seconds for
your computer to install drivers. Now you can use
UMAX Air Mouse M1.

SLEEP MODE
After 15 seconds of inactivity, the air mouse goes
into a sleep mode. You can press any key, and the
air mouse wakes up from sleep mode.
PAIRING USB RECEIVER
The USB receiver is already paired with your air
mouse. In case the air mouse is not connected to
the USB receiver, you need to pair it manually. It is
indicated by a slow flashing of LED indicator (2).
1. Plug the USB receiver into your computer or
smart TV.
2. Press and hold the OK button (7) and home
button (6).
3. The LED indicator (2) starts flashing. Wait till it
stops flashing.
4. USB receiver is now paired with the remote.
AIR MOUSE FUNCTION
Press the air mouse button (5) to activate the air
mouse function. You can move the remote in the
air and a cursor on your computer/TV will move
following the movement of your hand.
The OK button (7) functions as a left mouse
button in the air mouse mode.
Press the air mouse button (5) again to turn o
the air mouse mode.

AIR MOUSE SPEED
You can adjust the mouse speed in the air mouse
mode.
Press and hold OK button (7) and volume up
button (11) for three seconds. The mouse speed
increases. The LED indicator (2) blinks several
times to confirm the change.
Press and hold OK button (7) and volume down
button (10) for three seconds. The mouse speed
decreases. The LED indicator (2) blinks several
times to confirm the change.
KEYBOARD
KEYBOARD ORIENTATION
To write blue characters of the keyboard, you
need to activate Fn mode. Press Fn key (13). It
activates Fn mode and the Fn LED indicator (15)
lits up.
To deactivate Fn mode, press the Fn key (13)
again. Now, pressing keyboard keys writes white
characters.
To prevent accidental key presses, the keyboard is
active only if you hold it in correct orientation.

SETTING UP ON/OFF BUTTON
The air mouse has a programmable on/o button
(4) that uses IR and you can program it to turn
o and on your TV.
1. Press and hold OK button (7) and on/o button
(4) together for 3 seconds. The LED indicator (2)
blinks a couple of times, then has steady light.
2. Place your TV remote control in front of the air
mouse at a distance of 1 cm. IR sensors need to
face each other.
3. Press a button on your TV remote control. The
air mouse will copy the function of the pressed
button. The LED indicator blinks several times to
confirm.
4. Press the air mouse button (5) to exit IR
programming mode.
Note: Pressing OK button (7) and back button (9)
together for several seconds deletes the saved
value of the programmable button.

Operating temperature: 10° to 35° C, storage tempera-
ture: -25° to 45° C,
relative humidity: 0% to 90% (noncondensing).
Built-in battery. Do not attempt to replace or remove
the battery yourself. You may damage the battery, which
could cause overheating and injury. The battery should
be replaced by an authorized service provider, and must
be recycled or disposed of separately from household
waste.
Handle with care. It has sensitive electronic components
inside. Place it on a stable work surface that allows for air
circulation under and around the computer. Your com-
puter can be damaged if dropped, burned, punctured, or
crushed, or if it comes in contact with liquids, oils, and
lotions. Do not use a damaged computer as it may cause
injury.
Liquid exposure. Keep your computer away from sourc-
es of liquid, such as drinks, oils, lotions, sinks, bathtubs,
shower stalls, and so on. Protect your computer from
dampness, humidity, or wet weather, such as rain, snow,
and fog.
Charging. Charge only with the included power adapter.
Other power adapters might not meet safety stan-
dards, and using such power adapters could pose a risk
of death or injury. Using damaged power adapters or
cables, or charging when moisture is present, can cause
fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to your computer
or other property. Do not use a power adapter in wet
locations, such as near a sink, bathtub, or shower stall,
or connect or disconnect the power adapter with wet
hands.
Medical device interference. It contains components
and radios that emit electromagnetic fields, includ-
ing magnets, which may interfere with pacemakers,
defibrillators, and other medical devices. Maintain a safe
distance between your medical device and computer.

Repetitive motion. When you perform repetitive activ-
ities such as typing or playing games, you may experi-
ence discomfort in your hands, arms, wrists, shoulders,
neck, or other parts of your body. If you experience
discomfort, stop using computer and consult a physician.
Choking hazard. Some accessories may present a
choking hazard to small children. Keep these accessories
away from small children.
High-consequence activities. Your computer is not
intended for use where the failure of the computer could
lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental
damage.
Explosive and other atmospheric conditions. Using
computer in any area with a potentially explosive atmo-
sphere may be hazardous—particularly in areas where
the air contains high levels of flammable chemicals, va-
pors, or particles such as grain, dust, or metal powders.
Exposing computer to environments having high con-
centrations of industrial chemicals, including evaporating
liquified gases such as helium, may damage or impair its
functionality.
