HOW IT WORKS
Power the Wireless Charger
Connect this unit to the power supply via the provided Micro USB charging cable.
LED Indicator Light
Normal Charging: the light flashes green twice and then turns off.
Tips: Please use DC 5V/9V or QC 2.0/3.0 power adapter to connect this unit to power
supply.

•Align the charging coils, and place and charge the phone on the wireless charging pad.

Normal Charging: the green light is on.
Abnormal Charging: the light flashes green.
ABNORMAL CHARGING
•Please ensure that your phone supports wireless charge before using.
•Please put this unit on a flat surface.
•Please align your phone with the charging coils.
•Support charging the phone with a non-metal protective case, and the thickness of
the case does not exceed 4mm.
•The charger will detect and turn off the power automatically when the metal foreign
object is in the charging area; The unit will recharge your phone automatically after
removing the metal object.
•Auto-trickle charge protection will be on to turn off the power when the
temperature of charger is too high. Please disconnect to the power, and reconnect
this unit to the power after the temperature of this charger returns to the normal

Why wireless charger will be heating when charging ?
Energy loss of magnetoelectricity conversion exists in charging, and it will convert into
the heat. It is a normal phenomenon.
Suggestion:
•Please disconnect power supply in time after fully charged the device to avoid
continuous heating.
•Please turn off the background APP when charging the phone
NOTE

•It is recommened that use UGREEN power adapter and charging cable.
•Please keep this unit dry.
•DO NOT place the metal objects near the wireless charging area.
•DO NOT place the heavy objects on this unit.

environment.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the
claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the
product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning
by inappropriate means, etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.
