1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Please operate it correctly according to all kinds of requirement of the chapter.
1.1 FOR YOUR SAFETY
1.1.1To ensure your and other's safety, please drive on slow lane and

scooter can serve for you for a long time. Do not use it before little
knowing the performance of the electric scooter, and never lend the
scooter to somebody who can not operate it.

1.2 DRIVING OPERATION:
1.2.1Turn the general power switch to "ON" position, when connecting
the power supply, the indicator light turns on. Then turn the power key
to open position clockwise. (Fig.1, Fig.2).
1.2.2Inspect if the entire scooter is stated in good conditions of
operating.
1.2.3Ride it on the seat at former place, touch down with one foot, step
on the pedal with the other foot to keep the bodywork is nearly normal
to the ground.
1.2.4Hold the handlebar with both hands, turn the adjustable speed handlebar
anticlockwise, slowly with right hand then the entire scooter begin to start and
drive steadily.
1.2.5The power supply will be shut off immediately when loosening the
adjustable speed handlebar.
1.2.6The scooter has functions of brake and interruption. The brake
handle has the power off switch, you can shut off the power to ensure
driving safety through using the brake handle.
The front light will turn on as long as the switch key of front light
turns to the illuminating mark clockwise when riding at night. Turn its
anticlockwise to turn off the front light off.(fig.1)

1.2.8The scooter is equipped with under voltage caution device(in controller), The
caution device will send out humming when the voltage of storage battery is lower
than the rated voltage, please stop riding and charge the battery.
1.2.9Please shut off the electric switch when stopping, take out the
key to ensure its safety.
1.3 CHARGE PRECAUTION:
1.3.1The storage battery should be charged with the home charger to
avoid damage.
1.3.2Connect the input end of charger to AC supply after its input
voltage is the same as the mains voltage. The red and green led turn
on when plugging into the outlet which means for connecting the sup
ply. The green led turned to red led which means for charged on the
whole.
1.3.3The continuous charge time should less than 18 hours.
1.3.4You should shut off the power supply after charging, pull out the
plug of output end from the charge socket.
1.3.5Please charge fully and keep it well when you don't use it for a
long time, recharge it once a month.
1.4 POINTS FOR ATTENTION:
1.4.1 Turn the adjustable speed handlebar with your right hand
anticlockwise which can start the scooter at former place and ride steadily. But
the scooter start motionless, the current will be increased, do not start it with this
method, otherwise it will affect its driving distance.
1.4.2Please reduce the brake times as much as possible when driving
at a low wind speed and on level road, the driving distance can up to
26km or so if the scooter doesn’t started frequently.
1.4.3Please charge the battery in time after driving to make sure that
it has perfect capacity of charge & discharge. The battery should be
charged every day to prolong its lifetime effectively.
14.4 Starting the scooter is improper for uphill road, it will affect the lifetime of
electric components for its high load and its high current

2. STRUCTURE AND FEATURE:
(1) The formal structure of entire scooter
The scooter is designed unique structure.
The features are as follows:
2.1 The whole sealed, do without service, high quality and long
lifetime batteries are included with the scooter. The batteries owns
small volume and light weight, which are installed on the optimal
position of bodywork to make sure that its center of gravity is low,
its weight distribution is proper and its driving is steady and safe.

2.2It adopts the original and applied electric driving controller and
stepless
governing system. It has defensive functions of undercharge and
overcharge, brake and interruption etc. The electric machinery
and storage battery can be protected by grounding to ensure
handling safety.
2.3It is equipped with portable charger with automatic setting.
It has
defensives functions to battery. It adopts current limiting charger, so
it will
not overcharge or damage the battery. If the red led turns color,
users should according to the condition of charging to operate it
during charging.

4. ASSEMBLE AND ADJUST METHOD:
4.1 Assemble
(3) Remove the scooter
4.1.1 Take out the scooter from the carton. (see fig.3)
(4) Install the handlebar bolt (5) Tighten the handlebar
4.1.2 Install the handlebar bolt (fig 4)
4.1.3 Tighten the handlebar (fig.5) to ensure its steady.

4.1.5Tighten the saddle pipe to ensure its fastening.
4.2 Adjust the saddle (fig.8)
4.2.1 Loosen the fastening
bolt, remove the saddle pipe to
proper height, it is a must not
to exceed the safety mark on
the saddle pipe.
4.2.2 Adjust the saddle to
make sure that it is not deflective, and then fasten the
bolt.

(9) Adjust the front brake
4.3 Adjust the front brake (fig.9)
4.3.1Adjust the front brake with adjustable bolt, the wheel should
stop rotating when braking, the brake rubber can be restored quickly
after loosening the brake.
4.3.2Please rechange the brake in time after the working surface
of brake rubber is worn seriously.
4.4 Uninstall the front wheel, maintenance and repair:
4.4.1Loosen the front axle nut, uninstall joint packing, loosen the
tectiform nut of brake, uninstall the front wheel along peristome.
4.4.2The axle bumper should be adjusted properly when installing,
tighten it with nut, to make sure if it has jamming phenomenon and
loosening phenomenon at both sides when rotating.

(10) Adjust the chain
4.5 Adjust the chain
4.5.1Loosen the bolt of electric machinery base
4.5.2Rotate the adjustable bolt to swing the electric machinery, adjust
the chain to ensure its proper and flexibility.
4.5.3Tighten the bolt of electric machinery and adjust the nut.
(11) Uninstall the rear wheel
4.6 Uninstall the rear wheel (fig.11)
4.6.1Uninstall the left wheel, release the bolt of rear axle, then you can
uninstall the left of rear wheel.
4.6.2Release the fastening bolt of electric machinery, take out the chain,
then release the bolt of rear axle which can uninstall the right rear

(12) Rechange the battery
4.7 Rechange the battery (fig.12)
4.7.1Take out the pedal
4.7.2Pull out the battery socket connector
4.7.3Carry the strip with both hands, and take out the battery.
