Turn off your player when connecting or disconnecting
USB devices. Failure to do so may result in malfunction or
loss of data on your USB device.
Do not expose the player to heat sources or high temperatures
Do not expose the player to water, oil, dust or magnetic materials Do not attempt disassembling or remodeling the player
Do not drop the player from height. This might cause irreversible
damage to the player
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands. It may cause electric
shocks or fire.
Do not mix batteries with old and new or carbon and alkaline
in the remote control
Keep the player away from the magnetized devices; such as speakers

Please read the following Limitations and Usage Precautions before using your
UTV Bono MP
*Turn off your player when connecting or disconnecting USB devices. Failure
to do so may result in malfunction or loss of data on your USB device.
*When detaching the HDD, Power off the media player
*While your media player supports dozens of file formats and codec, they are
not interested to work with every codec-variation. Your media player
provides limited support to standardized versions of codec as stated in the
technical specifications of this manual.
*We do not have any warranty or responsibility for data loss in the HDD, and
we strongly recommend backing –up your data or media files stored on
your media player.
*The supplied cables and accessories are recommended for customized best
performance of your media player.

2.1 introducing the Bono Media Player MP-8000 HD
Bono Media player is a standalone, multimedia hard disk player which plays
digital videos, music, still images and DVD files to a TV screen and home enter-
tainment system. You can enjoy the digital contents in your living room without
having to burn discs or having to play it back on a DVD or CD Player anymore.
Main Features
ttHD Playback
The Bono Media player supports a max resolution of 1920 x 1080 Progressive Scan
video output providing Hi-Definition display of clear and crisp picture quality
ttVideo / Movie le player
The Bono Media player supports video file formats including MKV, DiVX ( 3/4/5 ), XviD, MPEG,
WMV-9, ASF, DAT, DVD (IFO, VOB) ISO as well as HD-level TP, TS, TRP etc. Additional functions
are Convenient direct decoding and Bookmarking of multiple files with hot key on the remote
controller.
ttAudio Jukebox
The Bono Media player supports multiple image formats; such as MP3, AC3, WMA, DTS with
digital audio output and down-mixing capability
ttDigital Photo Album
The Bono Media player supports multiple image formats. You can enjoy the digital photo
slide-show on the big screen TV
ttShare your private contents with your members
After registering to the CUG, you can share the contents; such as the UCC file, the private clips
and the Photos among the other users in CUG. Through the menu“ Share Manager “, a file can
be transferred and copied easily.
ttHDMI Interface
Since HDMI provides unparalleled qualities to both digital video and digital audio, you do not
have to mess around with several AV cables.
ttUSB-Host
With 2 USB 2.0 Host ports, you can attach the additional external USB Hard Disc Drives to
further extend the storage capacity.
