TERMS of USE
1. 기기의 동작 Device Operation
본 제품의 고장 및 오동작에 의한 손해, 저장된 데이터의 손실에 의한 손해, 기타 본 제품을 사
용하면서 발생되는 손해에 대해서는 제조사는 그 책임을 지지 않습니다.
HMBS-200 차량용 영상 블랙박스는 사고 발생 시에 사고 전후의 영상 및 기타 데이터를 저장
하는 것을 목적으로 제작된 기기이나, 모든 사고에 대하여 사고 영상 및 기타 데이터를 저장하는
것을 보장하지는 않습니다.
Hanman Technology is not liable for any compensation or legal responsibility of unexpected
device malfunction or loss of important data at any instance. Please read through whole user
manual including safety guidelines and operation. HMBS-200 blackbox is designed to record
video before and after events at normal operation condition; however, the blackbox does not
guarantee video record for all events at any conditions.
2. 부적절한 사용 Product abuse
본 제품을 이용하여 부적절한 영상 및 음성 촬영 시 사용자에 의한 저작권, 초상권, 사생활 침
해에 대해 제조사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 또한 본 기기의 사용 규격이나 조건 이외의 환경에서
사용하여 발생하는 사용자의 상해, 손상 등에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Hanman Technology is not liable for any compensation or legal responsibility of individual,
privacy, copyright infringement that arise through user abuse by taking inappropriate video or
audio. In addition, Hanman Technology is not liable for any compensation or legal responsibility
of product damage or personal injury that arise through use of the device in an environment not
defined by the product use guideline.
3. 안전 운행 For safe driving
본 기기를 운전 중 조작하면 사고의 원인이 될 수 있으므로 안전한 장소에 주/정차한 후 기기를
조작하여 주십시오. 운행 중 기기 조작에 의한 사고로 발생하는 모든 피해에 대해 제조사는 손해
배상을 하지 않습니다.
Please park your vehicle at a safe place before operate the device. Hanman Technology is
not liable for any compensation or legal responsibility of vehicle accidents that caused by
operating the device when vehicle was in motion.
