Electrical Equipment
a) Battery installed Note:
1. Remove the battery ,Unscrew the
battery contacts screws.
2. fill battery fluid.
3. Loaded battery.
Caution
4. Battery cartridge clip.
The positive electrode connected
to the RED wire.
The negative electrode then the
BLACK
wire
.

Engine Equipment
a) Engine connecter Installation
Considerations:
1. Check the engine generator wire,
Plug clad integrity.
2. Check the engine generator wire,Plug
installation correct,
And check the connecter with or without
loss.
3. Fully inserted into the connector.Make
sure that the two connectors are
properly engaged,And check the
connecter with or without loss.

b) The spark plug cap snaps into spark
plugs:
Caution
c) Removed the side cover place
ventilation tubes :
“REMOVE BEFORE USE ENGINE”(black).
d) Engine Oil:
1. Icon A For the bottom of the oil leak
out nut

2. The Icon B is the side oil the lead nut.
Caution

*Engine oil : 10W-40.
*oil volume: 700 c.c ~ 800 c.c.
*Engine run-time : 20min.~30min.
Airfreight
*No Engine oil, start before adding the oil.
Seafreight
*Has a run-in oil in the engine, Replace
oil after run-in.

e) Gasoline pipe :
1. Orange pipe is for gasline return to tank.
*First start,block orange pipe first,
Pre gasoline filled carburetor.
2. Transparent pipe for in-line gasoline.
Caution
f) Carburettor.
1. The carburetor choke switch position up,
Choke action (Cold-crank).
*
Use unleaded gasoline: 95 or 98.

2. The carburetor choke switch position
down,Normal driving.
g) Clutch tool.
1. When dismantle clutch drum, the clutch
tool Snaps into the inner plate that
can be removed.

exhaust mount bracket.

* connect exhaust pipe first- middle
useing the accessories package
“Long spring” 2 Pcs.
* The middle of the exhaust pipe
bonding with the tail section
using the accessories package
“Short spring” 3 Pcs.
