1. The Tango is design to take a little water into the floor pocket for extra stability. When done SUPing, elevate the nose of the
SUP to allow the extra water to drain.
2. Release the fins.
3. To deflate the board, push down and turn the valve stem 1/4 turn. This positions the valve stem in the down or open posi-
tion. Having the valve stem in the open position allows air to escape from the chamber.
4. Roll the Tango towards the valve.
5. Place the Tango, fins, and SUP pump in the bag.
Rolling & Storage
Your SUP is constructed with high quality materials and superior workmanship, however, as with all outdoor equipment, proper
cleaning and maintenance will extend the life and performance of the product.
To keep your board performing at its best, please following these simple instructions.
• Do not set your board on sharp objects.
• Do not over inflate your board.
• Keep the zippers clean.
• Clean the board with soap and water only.
• Allow the board to dry before rolling.
• After using your board in salt water, thoroughly rinse with fresh water.
Deck seems kinked after being rolled.
• The Tango comes with an extra ridged deck plate for more comfortable standing. Simply inflate and allows the deck
plate to relax into place.
Valve does not retain air when pump is removed.
• Be sure the valve stem is in the up and closed position.
• Clear any debris that might be preventing the valve from sealing. This can be accomplished by either pumping
quick bursts of air into the valve or removing the core valve assembly and cleaning the valve with a cotton swab and
denatured alcohol.
• Tighten valve if necessary.
Board becomes soft after inflation.
• Top off air pressure in the cold water to counter thermal contraction.
• Make sure the valve is functioning correctly, with no signs of leaking.
• Find the hole in the AIREcell and patch with the Tear Aid patch.
Zipper is difficult to operate.
• Use a combination of soap, water and an old toothbrush to clean the zipper.
Tear Aid patch does not stick to the AIREcell.
• Make sure the area to be patched is dry and clean. Use the alcohol pads to prep the area.
