The 64PXL Mirror Wash RGB is part of the Traxon™Panels product line, enabling a flexible
setup of medium to large scale RGB LED color changing walls. The 64PXL Mirror Wash RGB
features 64 individually addressable pixels for full programming liberty.

This product is designed for indoor use only.
An ambient operating air temperature range of 0°C~40°C (32°F ~ 104°F) must be
adhered to at all times.
DO NOT disassemble. The product has no user serviceable parts.
DO NOT use the product if the cover shield is broken.
If the product has been transported or stored in low temperatures, DO NOT connect it to the
power supply until it has reached room temperature, to prevent any internal condensation
from damaging the product’s electronics.
DO NOT expose the product to moisture, extreme heat or direct sunlight. Use in a clean and
dust free environment.
Avoid looking directly into the LED light at a close distance.
3. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
DANGER – ENSURE THAT MAIN POWER SUPPLY IS UNPLUGGED BEFORE
INSTALLING OR WIRING THE PRODUCT.
Failure to adhere to the following instructions could result in death, serious injury, or property
damage, and will void the product warranty.
CAUTION – POWER/DATA SUPPLY MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN OR TECHNICIAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH RELEVANT LOCAL
STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ
THIS MANUAL THOROUGHLY AND UNDERSTAND THE INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS.

4. INSTALLATION AND SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
4-1 MOUNTING — DIN RAIL
• Use a pencil or chalk to mark the horizontal alignment before installation.
• Mount the DIN rails to the wall, leaving minimum clearance (Fig 1).
• Hang the panel onto the DIN rail as shown in Fig 2.

CAUTION – DO NOT INSTALL THE PANEL IF THE COVER SHIELD IS DAMAGED.
4-3 CONNECTION
The 64PXL panel can be controlled by the Traxon Micro Server or standard DMX512 controllers.
Each Micro Server can control up to four 64PXL panels (two panels per DMX512 output).
Connect the Micro Server to the 64PXL panels as shown in Fig 4.
4-2 MOUNTING — DIRECT TO WALL
• Use a pencil or chalk to mark the horizontal alignment before installation.
• Install four screws to the wall, leaving minimum clearance (Fig 1).
• Reverse the 4 mounting plates on the Panel.
• Hang the panel on the wall as shown in Fig 3.

Each LED Engine Smart 100W Indoor can power up to 2 panels. Make sure the panels are
properly positioned and securely installed before connecting the power.
Please refer to Fig 4 for power connection to the system.
4-5 POWER CONNECTIONS
4-4 CONTROL
The LEDs on the 64PXL panel are controlled by DMX. Each panel uses 192 DMX channels −
3 channels for each pixel. The pixel location and its DMX channels are shown below.

Ensure the installation surface is flat and smooth.
• Data cable length exceeds 100m/330ft.
• Check the connections of the controller and panels.
• Check that the power supply is connected and the power is ON.
• Check the controller configuration.
• DC power cable length exceeds 30m/99ft

6. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Traxon™ products are of superior design and quality and should be treated with
care. The recommendations below will help fulfill and warranty obligations and
gain good use and longevity from the products.
- Do not attempt or use the product(s) until you read and understand the installation instructions. Failure to adhere to
these instructions could result in serious injury or property damage.
- Do not use product(s) if cables are damaged.
- Do not use product(s) when wet or in wet area. Moisture can cause electric shock and damage to product(s).
- Do not use product(s) in dirty and dusty environment.
- Do not use product(s) in extreme heat environment. Ensure there is sufficient airflow and use cool air circulation if
required.
- Do not drop, knock, or shake product(s). Rough handling can damage the electronics and void the warranty.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean products. Wipe with a damp cloth on
housings and a dry cloth on electronics to remove dirt or dust.
- Do not use product(s) outdoors.
- Do not attempt to service or repair the product(s) unless done by an authorized service personnel. Contact your the
local Traxon™ office or distributor for details.
If the product is not working correctly, please contact your nearest authorized service
centre or Traxon Technologies office for assistance.
