Programming begins by entering aFunction Key Por Lor SthenyourPasscode, andthen
theproperfunctionwilldisplaytoshowontheLEDscreen.Youwouldthen enterthespecific
programmingoptionsasstated ineachprogrammingstep.When thatprogrammingstepis
completed,wait untiltheLEDdisplay isoff, followed by 3quick beeps.Thenproceedtothe
nextprogramming stepasdesired.TheControlPanelutilizesIntelligentStoringCapabilityto
storeprogramminginformation(data).Onceyouhaveenteredtheprogramming dataforany
function,theControlPanelwillautomaticallystorethat data.Thedatawillremainsecureinthe
unit’smemoryuntil changedbyauser,evenintheeventofapowerfailureoroutage.
Keep inmind thatyou can,atany time,change the programmedsettings ofany function.Justfollow
theprogrammingstepsoftheparticularfunctionyouwouldliketochange.

Ifyou forgotyourPasscode,orwanttoresetthesystemtoitsoriginal defaults,followthe
procedurebelowtoperformaGlobalReset(resetsPasscodeand allprogramming
functionstothefactorydefaults):
1) UnplugthePowerAdaptorandremovethe RechargeableBackup Batteries
2) Pressandholdthe Ýand #keysat thesametime
3) Whileholdingdownthekeys, pluginthe PowerAdaptortopowerunit on
4) Afteronesecond,theunitwill beeptoconfirmthat theGlobal Resetwas
successful
5) ThePasscodeandall UserFunctionswillbesettothefactorydefaults
