TOMEI 製品のお買い上げありがとうございます。
タービンやカムを交換してエンジンを高出力化すると、その吸入空気量に見合った燃料の確保が
必要です。TOMEI大容量ポンプはローラーベーン方式を採用することで、ノーマルとほぼ同じ外観で
ありながら、大容量化を実現しました。タービンやカムを交換するときに、ECUやインジェクターと
あわせて、適正な組み合わせでお使いください。ポンプをブラケットに結びつける危険な取り付け方法
ではなく、完全ボルトオンでキット化しました。

Thank you for purchasing a TOMEI product.
When upgrading your turbo(s) and camshaft(s), you will need to also increase the supply of fuel to
ensure the correct fuel/air mixture ratio is supplied. The Tomei high flow pump ensures that the
adequate supply of fuel is delivered as needed. When upgrading the turbines and cams, the ECU will
need to be remapped with the right flow injectors to suit the new setup.
To help with reducing the hassles and dangers of the upgrade, we have made an easy bolt on kit to
suit

取り付けには下記が必要です。
・エンジン整備用工具一式 ・整備要領書
・ホースカッター
注意
■本品は自動車競技専用部品です。サーキットや公道から閉鎖されたコース内に限って使用してください。
■一般公道で使用すると車両本来の安全性が損なわれ危険です。また、法律で罰せられます。
■本品の取り付けは特別の訓練を受けた整備士が、設備の整った作業場で実施してください。
■指定する車種以外への取り付けはおやめください。本品およびエンジンを破損する恐れがあります。
■各ボルトの締め付けはトルクレンチを用いて、規定トルクで締め付けてください。規定トルクで締め付けない
とボルトが緩んだり、ボルトを破損する恐れがあり危険です。
■締め付け部は定期的に点検してください。
■部品脱着の際には無理な力を加えないでください。部品を破損する恐れがあります。
■取り付けの際は、適切な工具、保護具を使用しないと、けがにつながり危険です。

警 告
■本品の取り付けはエンジン及びエンジンルーム内が冷えた状態で行ってください。
■部品欠落による車輌の破損・火災が起こる可能性があるため、製品構成部品の取り付けは確実に行って
ください。
ガソリンに関わる警 告
本品の取り付けに際しては燃料系統の脱着を伴い、ガソリンが流出します。作業に際しては下記事項を確実に守っ
て
ください。守らないと爆発や火災の恐れがあり危険です。
■作業場所を指定し、作業場所以外では作業しない。
① 風通しの良い場所。
② 周囲に火気（溶接機・グラインダー・電動モーター・ストーブなど）の無い場所。
③ 気化した燃料が充満する恐れがあるピットなどから離れた場所。
■火気使用・火花発生作業は行わない。
① 電気機器の使用禁止。
・ 原則として作業等には使用しないこと。
・ 燃料抜き取りには電動ポンプおよび、ポリタンクを使用しないこと。
・ 溶接機・グラインダー・ドリルなどを使用しないこと。
② 火花発生作業の禁止。
・ 火花発生の恐れがある作業（ハンマーの使用など）はしないこと。
■ 静電気の防止および、安全への配慮を行う。
① 消火器を準備する。
② 静電気を防止する。
・ 足元が滑らない程度に床に水をまく。
・ フューエルチェンジャー・車両・フューエルタンク間にアース線を接続する。
③ 燃料が付着したウェスを分別処理する。
■ タンク内のガソリン残量が空に近い状態で作業すること。
■ ホースを抜くと配管の中に残ったガソリンが流れ出ます。ウェスなどを使って広がらないようにする。
■ 取り出し作業中にごみなどがタンク内部に侵入しないようにする。

燃料配管内のガソリンの除去
① フューエルポンプのカプラーを取り外してください。
② 燃料フィラーキャップを外し、タンクの内圧を抜いてください。
③ 自然に停止した後、3～4回クランキングしてガソリンを消費してください。
④ イグニッションスイッチをOFFにし、バッテリーのマイナス端子を取り外してください。
取付
作業を始める前に、ガソリンタンク内のガソリン量を空に近い状態にしてください。
燃料ポンプを燃料タンクから取り出します。
この際、フロートをタンク等に引っ掛けて破損しないように
注意してください。
燃料ホースのホースバンド、カプラーを外します。
燃料ポンプを引き抜きます。
ポンプユニットからホースも抜き取ります。
ここで外したマウントブッシュは再利用しますので、
無くさないように注意してください。
再利用します

ノーマルのポンプハーネスをできるだけ長く残すように
カプラーの付け根辺りでカットします。
付属の端子に切断したポンプハーネスを接続し、
カプラーに組み付けます。
ポンプ本体に付属のフィルターを付属クリップを使い
取り付け装着します。
このあたりで切断
ポンプユニットに付属のホースを奥まで差し込みます。
ここでホースバンドも通しておきます。
奥まで差し込んでください

ポンプにマウントブッシュをあてがいながら予め
ポンプユニットに取り付けた燃料ホースに差し込みます。
マウントブッシュを所定の位置にしっかりはめ込みます。
この時、フューエルホースでポンプ本体をステーに押しつけ、
ポンプがしっかり固定されるように取り付けてください。
ホースバンドをしっかり締め付け、
燃料ハーネスカプラーをポンプへ接続します。

最後に再度ポンプがしっかり固定されていることを確認した上、ポンプユニットを燃料タンクへ取り付けてください。

■ Do not overtighten the bolts when installing the product, you can risk damaging the bolt and or the product(s).
■ Only use the torque specs as specified in this manual or workshop service manual.
■ Please periodically inspect the tightened sections.
■ Do not use any excessive force when using this product as you risk damaging the product or other parts.
■ This product is to be installed with the appropriate tools and equipment to prevent any engine failures and injuries

WARNING
■ Install the product only when the engine & drive train is cold.
■ Due to the nature of the area where the product is installed. Please exercise caution to prevent any possible fire
hazards from oil etc.

WARNING Relating to Gasoline
Be careful with handing the fuel during the removal and re-installation of fuel line and components. Since it will be
a high fire and explosion hazard risk, always be sure that there is protection and safety equipement around at all times
.
■The right place for the job is with the following attribute
① A well-ventilated place.
② Make sure that there is no fire risk hazard tools, equipement near the work space .
(lighters, electronic tools, welders)
③ Take precautions so that fuel vapors does not fill the work area.
■Do not use anything that can cause sparks on the job.
① About electrical machinery and equipement.
・ As a general rule, do not use for this type of job or similar.
・ Do not test the pump and/or fuel in a plastic tank.
・ Do not use a drill, grinder and/or welder.
② Preventing sparks during the job.
・ Keep your work place spark free. (ie. Do not use a hammer).
■ Preventing static electricity, safe practices.
① Have a fire extinguisher prepared.
② Prevent static electricity.
・ Keep the floor slip free and free from water.
・ Keep the vehicles properly earthed when changing the fuel duct and components.
③ Keep the fuel separated when possible during the proceedure.
■ Have the fuel tank emptied before commencing work.
■ Take care not to spill the fuel that is left in the piping when removing the fuel lines.
■ Remove any unwanted foreign objects from the fuel tank when possible.

① Remove the fuel pumps coupler.
② Remove the fuel filler cap to release the internal pressure from the tank.
③ When the engine dies, crank the engine 3~4 times to get the fuel back into the system.
④ Turn the ignition switch OFF, remove the negative terminal of the battery.

INSTALLATION
Prior to beginning the installation process, drain all the Fuel from the Fuel tank, making sure it is not exposed
to the open air.
Remove the fuel pump from the fuel tank.
Carefully secure the float in the tank, making sure not to
damage it.
Remove the fuel hose clamp and coupler from the fuel hose.
Remove the Fuel Pump.
Remove the hose from the Fuel Pump unit.
This mounting bush that gets removed will be reused.
So please don't lose it.

To leave the fuel pump harness as long as possible,
cut it around the joint of the coupler.
Connect the Fuel Pump harness to the new terminals
and then coupler.
Install the Fuel Pump Filter to the Fuel Pump by
using the clip.

Insert the fuel pump hose inner pipe.
Then use the hose clamp here to secure it.

Fit the mount bush on the pump before connecting the
fuel hose. Securely insert the mount bush into it's
specified position. To securely lock the pump into
position, use the fuel pump's body and the bracket to
secure it in place during installation.
Tighten the hose clamp securely, then connect the coupler
to the Pump.

Verifyasecurefitment.
Again, verify that the fuel pump is locked in, secured in it's position. Then install the pump unit back into the
fuel tank.
