* The manual is a reference document for the new operator and a training document for
experienced personnel.
* If you have any questions about hydraulic compactor, consult your agent or factory.

Chapter 4 General Description
1. The use of the compactor
The special design of the compactor can be applied to all kinds of quarry and construction
sites.
2. Product Number
The product number on the compactor bracket is particularly important for product
maintenance and replacement of parts. Please remember the product number.
3. Work Clothing
When the machine is operated, if you do not wear properly, it may cause injury. Loose
clothing is easy to get involved in running machines. It is recommended that you wear
suitable work clothes. For example: helmets, safety shoes, protective glasses, professional
coat, ear care, professional gloves and so on. Do not wear a tie or scarf while working, or
work with long hair.
The product number on the compactor bracket is an important document for repair or order
accessories. We have strict quality supervision for every factory product, and the product
number must be submitted to our company for maintenance. Therefore, please remember
the product number.
4. Lifting equipment
Wrong operation of lifting equipment makes it easy for personnel to be injured. Be familiar
with the operation of the lifting equipment and ensure that the lifting capacity of the
equipment is within the appropriate range. Before starting, keep the equipment in good
condition and follow the appropriate operating instructions for correct operation.
5. Safety
This manual is a guide to your safe operation and maintenance of the machine. Before
installing, operating or servicing the machine, please read this manual carefully and place
the manual with the machine.
6. Trial Operation
If you are not doing a trial operation or operating the machine unskilled, it is likely to cause
casualties. Please try out the operation in a spacious and clean place and keep other
unrelated persons away from the operation site. Please make sure you are able to do the
correct operation before using the new machine.
7. Security barrier
In public places, or when your visibility is reduced, please let the unrelated personnel stay
away from the obstacle area.

8. Machine usage status
Please operate the machine appropriately. Exceeding the limit will damage the machine and
cause a dangerous accident. Please do not arbitrarily transform the compactor. The wrong
transformation is likely to cause dangerous accidents. Do not operate the machine when it
missed parts. Please operate by the instructions. Do not operate at high temperatures.
9. Maintenance
Please do not repair the machine without authorization. Please contact your dealer or
manufacturer when you need to replace a new part. The product is suitable for large heavy
excavators and construction work. As we all know, the construction site is dangerous, so
please beware of improper use which can cause serious injury or even death. If you have
any questions about the product, please contact the agent or manufacturer.

Chapter 5 Installation
1) Connection
The next procedure is to connect the two tubes on the compactor to the excavator arm.

Important Notice
Please ensure that the above check is intact, you can start the excavator, slowly stretching
the arm, in order to ensure that the pipeline without squeezing. Please first enable small
striking force and turn on oil flow.

Chapter 6 Operation
1) Make sure that all piping is properly installed and that all oil return lines are not squeezed
2) When operating, please use the different sizes of the force, the first use of a slight
ramming force, followed by the use of slightly larger ramming force, repeated alternately,
please do not over-ramming.
3) After daily work, please keep the machine properly
1. Customer Information:
Operators must be carefully, read the operating instructions in detail, in strict accordance
with the operating instructions required operation before using the machine, for the new
operator, must be formal, systematic trained before operation; otherwise, because the
operator did not read Operating instructions, or no formal, systematic operation training,
resulting in damage to the compactor, manufacturers are not responsible.
2. Parts Replacement:
Customers should use the original parts, otherwise, it may result in compactor damage,
manufacturers are not responsible.
3. The Seal Kits Replacement:
Customers need to change the seal kits and do the maintenance regularly. We recommend
customer to find the professional personnel to finish the maintenance and replacement or it
may cause damages to the machine.
4. The Use of Hydraulic Oil:
Before installing the compactor, it is necessary to filter the hydraulic oil, clean the fuel tank
and replace the oil on the excavator. Excavator oil, to follow the excavator's use of the
period, often replaced, such as timely replacement of oil.
5. The Use and Maintenance of Fasteners:
After the first work for 1 hour, operator need to check if the components of the bolts, loops
are loose, check the line and tubing if there is abrasion. And then doing the same check
each 10 working hours later.
6. Use
For the full and efficient use of hydraulic compactor, the pressure must be properly
pressurized, the pressure can not be too large or too small. If the connection object has
been ruptured or began to produce cracks, you should immediately stop the use of hydraulic
compactor.
※It is strictly forbidden to use hydraulic compactor to lever the rock;
※It is strictly forbidden to use hydraulic compactor to lift objects;
※It is strictly forbidden to use hydraulic compactor by falling off;
※It is strictly forbidden to replace the factory data parameters.
