This device provides mobile communication and media services using Telpo’s latest

standards and technological expertise. This user manual and the information available

contain details about the device’s functions and features.

•Please read this manual before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.

•Descriptions are based on the device’s default settings.

•Some content may differ from your device depending on the region, service provider,

or device’s software.

•Telpo is not liable for performance issues caused by apps supplied by providers

other than Telpo.

•Telpo is not liable for performance issues or incompatibilities caused by edited

registry settings or modified operating system software. Attempting to customise the

operating system may cause the device or apps to work improperly.

•Software, sound sources, wallpapers, images, and other media provided with this

device are licensed for limited use. Extracting and using these materials for

commercial or other purposes is an infringement of copyright laws. Users are

entirely responsible for illegal use of media.

•You may incur additional charges for data services, such as messaging, uploading

and downloading, auto-syncing, or using location services. To avoid additional

charges, select an appropriate data tariff plan. For details, contact your service

provider.

•Modifying the device’s operating system or installing softwares from unofficial

sources may result in device malfunctions and data corruption or loss. These actions

are violations of your Telpo licence agreement and will void your warranty.

•For safe operating, the antenna of the product shall be least 0.22m away from the

body of the user. The maximum allowed antenna gain is 1.0 dBi.

•Do not cover the antenna area with your hands or other objects. This may cause connectivity

problems or drain the battery.

•Do not use a screen protector. This causes sensor malfunctions.

The connection cable of main LCD and Custom LCD

•The items supplied with the device and any available accessories may vary depending on

the region or service provider.

•The supplied items are designed only for this device and may not be compatible with other

Power

Use the charger before turn on the device.

Plug Power adapter into an electrical outlet. Then push the power key.

•Use only Telpo-approved chargers, batteries, and cables. Unapproved chargers or cables

can cause the battery to explode or damage the device.

•To save energy, unplug the charger when not in use. The charger does not have a power

switch, so you must unplug the charger from the electric socket when not in use to avoid

wasting power. The charger should remain close to the electric socket and easily accessible

while charging.

Basics

Home Screen Overview

The home screen extends beyond the initial screen. Swipe the screen left or right to display additional

screens.

•The device’s home screens cycle through so that you can keep swiping in one direction and

make it back to the main home screen. The small circles above the primary shortcuts let you

know your current screen position.

Customize the Home Screen

Learn how to add, move, or remove items from the home screen.

Add Items to the Home Screen

1. Touch and hold an empty area on a home screen. (If the current home screen doesn’t have room,

swipe the screen left or right to display an extended screen.)

2. On the Home screen menu, touch the type of item you want to add and then select the item.

•Set wallpaper: Select a wallpaper for the Home screen, the Lock screen, or the Home and

lock screens.

•Apps and widgets: Add app shortcuts to a home screen, or add widgets such as a clock,

calendar, mail, people, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles, social networking apps, and more.

•Folder: Add a folder where you can organize screen items. Add a shortcut to all your

contacts, contacts with phone numbers, or starred contacts. Contact details are

automatically updated when there are changes in the source.

•Page: Add a new blank home page, up to the maximum number of allowable home pages

for your device.

Move or Remove Items on the Home Screen

•Touch and hold the item you want to move or remove from the home screen.

•To move the item, drag it to a new area and release it.

•To remove the item, drag it to the Remove icon at the top of the screen and release it.

Extended Home Screens

In addition to the main home screen, your device has extended Home screens to provide more space for

adding icons, widgets, and more. Touch and then drag across the screen to move from the main

screen to an extended screen.

You can have any number of Home screens to the right of the main Home screen.

•To add a Home screen, swipe to the rightmost screen and drag an app or widget to the right edge.

Indicator Icons

The icons displayed on the status bar provide information about the status of the device. The icons listed

in the table below are most common.

•The status bar may not appear at the top of the screen in some apps. To display the status

bar, drag down from the top of the screen.

Web and Communications

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi provides wireless Internet access over distances of up to 300 feet. To use your phone’s Wi-Fi, you

need access to a wireless access point or “hotspot.”

The availability and range of the Wi-Fi signal depends on a number of factors, including infrastructure and

other objects through which the signal passes.

Turn Wi-Fi On and Connect to a Wireless Network

Use the Wireless & networks setting menu to enable your device’s Wi-Fi radio and connect to an available

Wi-Fi network.

1. Touch Apps > Settings > Wi-Fi.

2. Touch the Wi-Fi slider to turn Wi-Fi on.

3. The network names and security settings (Open or Secured) of detected Wi-Fi networks are

displayed in the Wi-Fi networks section.

4. Touch a Wi-Fi network to connect. If you selected an open network, you will be automatically

connected to the network. If you selected a network that is secured with a password, enter the

password and then touch Connect.

Depending on the network type and its security settings, you may also need to enter more information or

choose a security certificate.

When your device is connected to a wireless network, the Wi-Fi icon ( ) appears in the status bar.

•The next time your device connects to a previously accessed secured wireless network, you

will not be prompted to enter the password again, unless you reset your device to its factory

default settings or you instruct the device to forget the network.

•Wi-Fi networks are self-discoverable, which means no additional steps are required for

your device to connect to a Wi-Fi network. It may be necessary to provide a user name

and password for certain closed wireless networks.

Check the Wireless Network Status

Check the status of your current wireless network, including speed and signal strength, through the Wi-Fi

settings menu.

1. Touch Apps > Settings > Wi-Fi.

2. Touch the wireless network that the device is currently connected to. You will see a message box

showing the Wi-Fi network name, status, speed, signal strength, and other details.

•If you want to remove the device’s wireless network settings, touch Forget on this
