Garanzia |Warranty
La garanzia copre i vizi di materiali o difetti di fabbricazione. I costi relativi all’invio di un prodotto in conto riparazione
sono a carico del cliente. Al controllo, se coperti da garanzia, risultassero difetti imputabili all’azienda il prodotto verrà
riparato o sostituito e reso al cliente a spese dell’azienda. Le parti in gomma/plastica sono considerate parti ad usura
e non sono coperte da garanzia. Nel caso il prodotto non sia più coperto da garanzia (periodo di 24 mesi dall’acquisto
documentato) o che si rilevino manomissioni (anche nel periodo di garanzia) il prodotto potrà essere riparato ed il
relativo preventivo di spesa comprensivo delle spese di trasporto per la riconsegna, saranno a carico del cliente.
Si declina ogni responsabilità in caso di:
• Installazione non conforme alle istruzioni;
• Mancato rispetto delle specifiche di manutenzione;
• Manomissione dell’apparecchio.
The warranty covers defective materials or manufacturing issues. The costs related to sending a product on repairing
are charged to the customer. During the control, if covered by warranty, there are defects attributable to the company,
the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer at the expense of the company. Rubber / plastic
parts are considered wear parts and are not covered by warranty. If the product is no longer covered by warranty
(period of 24 months from the documented purchase) or tampered (also in the warranty period) the product can be
repaired and the relative estimated cost, including transport costs for the return, will be charged to the customer.
We decline all responsibility in case of:
• Installation not in accordance with the instructions;
• Failure to comply with maintenance specifications;
• Tampering of the device.

necessario, migliorare il fissaggio delle tubazioni.

improve the pipe fitting.
Sostituire i supporti in gomma antivibranti o
contattare l'assistenza tecnica.
Replace the rubber anti-vibration mounts or
contact the technical assistance.
Durante l'installazione sono stati manomessi i
supporti in gomma antivibranti.

The sleeve of the corrugated condensate
pipe has not been installed correctly or is not

Verificare le operazioni di montaggio del tubo
corrugato per eventuali perdite.

pipe for possible losses.
Il filtro è intasato oppure non è stato installato
correttamente (si crea una bolla d'aria che fà da
tappo).

air bubble is created which acts as a plug).
Eseguire la pulizia del filtro e reinstallarlo seguendo
le istruzioni di montaggio.
