The following caution statements have been drawn from the instructions in this manual. They
have been assembled here for ready reference.

and will spill out when piping, hoses,
pump or filter shear are remov ed.

If the gask ets are not pr operly lubricated
and installed, a leak may develop.

IMPROPER INSTALLATIONOF THE

damage to the seal. All maintenance,
operating and repair of this unit, mus t be
done per the instructions inthe operators
manual for safetyandreliability.

WHENTRANSFERRINGFLUID
tothe drill rig, fluidpressure may
reach or exceed 50 p.s.i.
CHECKthe drill rigmanufacturers
specifications regardingmaximuminlet
pressures allowedfor their pump.
BEFORE STARTINGOR RESTARTING
the hydraulic motor and c entrifugal pump,
make sure anyv alves installedon the
pump suction inlet line are open, and
the fluidlevel in the tank is above
the suction line.
CAUTION
BEFORE STARTINGTHE HYDRAULIC MOTOR,
BE SURE THE PUMP IS PRIMED!
Check the pumpbyslowly& carefully
opening the plug located on the top
of the centrifugal pump discharge elbow.
A visual inspection can be made if the fluid
escapes around the plug as it is loosened.
Remove the plugtov iewinside fluidlevel.
The centrifugal pump seal WILL be
damagedif allowedtocavitate or rundry.
