To recharge or replace the Oximo WireFree™ battery, contact a motorisation and home automation professional.

Please separate storage cells and batteries from other types of waste and recycle them via your local collection facility.
Observations Possible causes Solutions
The roller shutter is not operational.
The wiring is incorrect.
Check the wiring and modify it if necessary.
Check that the connection between the motor and the
battery has been carried out correctly.
The battery is low. Wait while the solar panel recharges the battery, or have
the battery recharged.
One of the components (motor,
solar panel, control point, etc.)
is not working. See the corresponding guides.
The roller shutter stops briefly before rising, when
the Up button is pressed. The battery is low.
Wait while the solar panel recharges the battery, or have
the battery recharged.
The roller shutter performs two brief movements
in the same direction, when the Down button or
STOP/my button is pressed. The battery is low
The battery is recharged several times a year using
the external battery charger.
The solar panel is incorrectly

of its service life. Replace the battery.
