SMOKO INC. warrants the product for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Smoko Inc. will repair or replace, any defective product free of charge
(except for shipping charges of the product). All items repaired or replaced
thereunder will be subjected to the same limited warranty for a period of six
(6) months from the day Smoko Inc. ships the repaired or replaced product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
All above warranties are null and void if the Smoko product is not provided to
Smoko Inc. for inspection upon Smoko’s request at the sole expense of the
purchaser, OR if Smoko Inc. determines that the product has been improper-
ly installed, altered in any way, or tampered with. The Smoko Product
Warranty does not protect against acts of God such as floods, earthquake,
war, theft, vandalism, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion,
obsolescence, abuse, damage due to low voltage disturbances, non-authorized
program, or system equipment modification or alteration.
