RETRACTABLE SCREEN ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ASSEMBLY PREPARATIONS
Step 3: Very important! Please examine the picture at
right for additional details, see No. 3. Before snapping
the header and sill screen tracks into the screen
housings, please look at the backside of both the header
and sill screen tracks.
There you will nd a clear removable tape with the
numbers 6/0, 5/10, 5/4 and 5/0 on each end of the
track. These numbers correspond to the door unit size
that the screen will t onto.
Depending on the size door unit this system is being
installed on, you may need to cut both ends on the line
that corresponds with your door unit size, except for 6/0
sizes where no cutting is necessary.
Since this is a double retractable French door screen you
will need to cut both ends so that each retractable door
screen meets in the center of the door.
Note: If you only cut one end of the track,
the center will be off!
ASSEMBLY
Step 4: Once the sill and header screen tracks have been
cut to the appropriate size, slide each screen track into
each screen housing until they snap in place. See No. 4.
Lock in clockwise fashion as indicated below: A to A,
B to B, C to C and D to D. The screen frame unit is now
assembled and ready for mounting to the door unit.
