• Theoperatinginstructionsshouldbereadilyavailableforreferralatalltimes.

• Whentransporting,settingup,servicingandrepairingthevendingmachine,strictadher-

encetothefollowingrulesandguidelines-intheirlatestversion-isessential:Standards

setbytheappropriateelectricitycompany,UVV-accidentpreventionregulations,trade

associationguidelines,industrialcode,EC-guidelines,VDEregulations,observanceof

thecurrenthygieneregulations,country-specicregulations,IndustrialSafetyRegulation

-BetrSichV,Workplaceregulations-ArbstättV.

Transportation, installation and commissioning

• Duetoitshighcentreofgravity,thereisariskofthemachinetippingover.Thereforecau-

tionmustbeexercised.Donotjerkthemachinewhenlowering.

arelookedafterbyanotherpersonresponsiblefortheirsafetyoriftheyhavereceived

Repairs

• TheinsideofthemachinemayhavesharpedgesandcornersAlwayswearprotective

gloveswhencarryingoutmaintenancework

centreorequallyqualiedpersoninordertopreventseriousaccidents.

• Useonlygenuinereplacementparts.

Chiller unit with R-290 refrigerant (propane)

• AfterinsertingthemainsplugorswitchingontheF1-circuitbreakertheswitch-o󰀨device

requiresapprox2minutesforthesafetyshutdowntobeoperational.Duringthistimethe

machinedoesnothaveanyotherfunctions.

Shouldthemachinehowevernotstart,theswitch-o󰀨devicemayhaveturnedthemachine

o󰀨onaccountofafaultychillerunit.

Inthiscaseanyopenamesandburning/glowingobjectswithina5mradiusaroundthe

machinemustberemovedbeforethemachinedoorcanbeopened.
