run the machine according to rules that are described in the manual for safety.

Therefore, the manual must be protected permanently.

Above all, please do not use your machine before you read this user’s guide and

maintenance.

You can contact our company or our dealers and you can get information about your

milking machine.

Otherwise, our society is not guilty of failure that can occur.

PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY

TOPICS YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL DURING SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

- You should protect the machines against the friction and impact during loading.

- You should use the materials that are determined and set against the friction and

impact, for protecting the machines that are loaded into carrier

- You should use equipment that is necessary during loading and unloading.

Damage during transportation

Check them if there is any damage during transportation. If there is damage, notify

the transport company, our dealer of the region and our company SEZER Milking

Technologies as soon as possible.

WHEN YOU LIFT THE MACHINE BY HAND;

- Demand the help of your team when you lift the machine.

- Move it together with your assistant.

DO NOT LIFT THE MACHINE BY TAKING;

From pot, cover of pot, milk pipes, pulsator, pulse hose, vacuum gauge, electrical

cable.

TEMPORARY STORAGE

Protect the machine and its accessories against climate, keep the environment clean.

(For example, rain, snow, powder, sludge etc.).

THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE MACHINE

The machine is delivered as its assembly is complete and ready for use.

Caution: Operate the machine with grounding that is mounted by a qualified

electrician.

ATTENTION: OPERATE YOUR MACHINE WITH A PLUG THAT

IS MOUNTED BY A QUALIFIED TECHINICIAN

THE LIFE OF USAGE

Life of the machine is 10 years which is determined and announced by the Ministry of

Industry and Trade of Turkey.

THE VALUE OF MACHINE NOISE

The value of the noise is 70 dB.

The machines are produced according to established standards of Turkey, and

milking machines

TS 4798 and TS EN 60355-2-70 SUT and according to the rules of the special

trolleys by ministry industry and commerce 98/37/AT 73/23/AT

Our machines are tested for

-Stability and performance of pulsation.

These values, prevent the deformation of udders, increase milk yield and make the usage life

longer.

CHASSIS

The basic parts of the machine

Vacuum pump (VP 200)

Vacuum pump is connected to electric motor directly,

it is mounted on chassis.

Dry vacuum pump runs with graphite pallets

Vacuum Tank :

It is produced by at DKP and its capacity is 17 lt.

It is covered hot galvanize.

Regulator :

Vacuum regulator regulate air for stability.

To increase the vacuum, turn the nut to clockwise, to

decrease the vacuum, turn the nut to counterclockwise.

When you arrange it, x the nut.

CLEANI NG PULSATOR

Do not lubricate any part of the pulsator-

Clean the pulsator filter once a month.

Open the lid on top of the pulsator, clean inside only with warm

water by a clean toothbrush (do not use detergents)

Place the pulsator after drying.

Don’t change the adjustment of thepulsator.If it’s necessary,

go tothe nearest service.

IMPORTANT: Never open the latter covers of the pulsator.

LINERS:

You must change the liners each 6 months.

Otherwise, the bacteria layer can exist inside it and the liners

can cause diseases.

And also the micro-cracks can let the milk pass into vacuum

line.

Do not let the liners be under the sunlight.

Milk Claw: 240 cc

The working position of the milk claw SEZER 240cc;

Closed Position

Sphere pin is drawn.

Milk way is CLOSED

Milking Position:

Sphere pin is pushed, locked, milk channel is OPENED.

Entrance of poor air helps the milk flow.

Cleaning Position. :

In the pushed position of sphere pin, it locks

to the chassis. By making the circulation of the

cleaning water, it makes the cleaning process.

CLEANING, BEFORE MILKING WITH MACHINE

Before milking with the machine, the main principle is the barn area must be clean, have a

good ventilation and be in conformance with hygienic conditions.

Before milking, cleaning of the teats is mandatory. The udder should be cleaned with a clean

white fabric or a soft sponge which is given with machine. You should do it with warm water.

Before each milking, you should milk a couple of drop of milk by hand into ground or another

little pot.

And also this pre-milking by hand lets us see potential udder diseases.

MILKING WITH MACHINE

Above all, be sure the bucket lids to be placed properly. Turn on the switch. After running the

electric motor (only for machine type PLS-2 open the taps, they should be parallel to the

ground). Get the vacuum increase by pulling up the butterfly pin, which is located on the

claw. When the needle reaches to the blue dot (44 kPa) the machine is ready for milking.

Meanwhile, the pulsator starts working.

USAGE OF CLUSTERS

Take the claw by your left hand as in Figure (1) The liners will be automatically positioned

breast down. Push the throttle valve located on the milk claw. Put the liners to udders as

shown in Figure (2). At the same time, be sure not to lost vacuum and then milking get

started.
