3）使用前，请核实气源源压力是否匹配，严禁过载使用。
四、注意事项：
1）请带安全防护镜作业，谨防压缩空气将灰尘等吹入眼睛。
2）禁止未成年儿童进入工作场地。
3）如管子不能正常回收，请先关闭气源，即使低压也有可能伤及人或设备。
4）图示安装弹簧盖板的 4-ST4.2x19 的Y形槽螺钉请勿自行拆卸，内部卷簧可能会伤及人或设备。
5）确保卷管器所连接的工作压力不超过卷管器正常的工作压力。
6）请妥善保管好本说明书。

五、安装：
1）打开包装并检查卷管器是否有损坏。
2）卷管器必须安装在符合安装要求的工作环境。
3）根据下面安装图确保卷管器正确安装。使用铆钉或螺钉必须安装在支架的安装孔上。
4）卷管器安装好后，可以拧开止动块上的螺丝，移动止动块到需要露出设备外的管子长度。

5）打开进气管侧黑色盖板，可见气管锁定装置如下图。出厂前棘爪拉簧锁定“ON”的位置，可锁定您需要任意长度
的气管；棘爪拉簧锁定“OFF”的位置，气管可以自由移动。
六、操作说明：
1）使用前，请检查设备是否有异常现象，若有，则要立即停止使用。待修理正常后方可使用，否则可能导致重大事
故。请检查管子等是否有破损、变形等，否则可能导致伤人或设备。
2）使用时，缓慢匀速两手交替抽拉至（约 3KG 的力即可）合适的长度，见到长度警示标志后，应立即停止拉扯，并
用棘轮制动锁定，过高速度与过大拉力可使产品损坏。
3）使用过程中应避免气管折弯、踩踏气管、避开尖锐物品。
4）使用完毕后，请将工具从气管上拔出，并把气管擦拭干净。
5）管子回收时，需将管子缓慢拉出 8-30cm，使棘轮制动脱离锁止状态后，用手把持管子，使其缓慢回收。注意：严
禁脱手让其自动回收，以防快速回收时伤人及损坏设备。

七、日常维护：
1）为了确保管子正常回收，请使用蘸温水的布擦拭管子清除表面污垢。
2）请不要使用可能损伤管子的清洁剂或溶剂。
3）非专业人士请勿拆卸卷管器，内部卷簧可能会伤及人或设备。
八、质保：
1）对于卷管器的材质和工艺的缺陷，承担的质保期为整机 12 个月（气管、密封圈为 3个月），从购买日期起计算。
2）因人为原因造成的或非正常使用而造成的损坏，不在质保承担的范围内。
九、运输：
产品在装卸时，严禁扔、摔、抛及踩踏，运输过程中，应避免阳光直接照射、雨淋，禁止与腐蚀性物质接触和混装。
十、贮存：
1）贮存温度范围：-20℃—60℃。
2）贮存期：6个月。
3）贮存条件：库房通风良好，避免阳光直接照射、雨淋，禁止与腐蚀性物质接触。

III. Safety Warning :
1）Please read and understand all the content of this Instruction before using.
2）With a spring inside, non-professionals are not allowed to open the cover, otherwise serious casualties may be caused.
3）Check whether the air source pressure is matched before use, and never use it if overloaded.
IV. Precautions :
1）Wear safety glass while operating, so as to prevent dust from being blown into eyes by compressed air.
2）Minors are not allowed to enter the workplace.
3）If the pipe cannot be wound properly, please shut down the air supply first, as even the low pressure air may injure people or damage
equipment.
4）Do not remove the 4-ST4.2x19 Y-slotted screws for installing the spring cover shown in the figure by yourself, or the internal coil
spring may injure people or damage equipment.
5）Ensure that the working pressure connected to the pipe winders does not exceed its normal working pressure.
6）Please keep this Instruction properly.

V. Installation :
1）Open the package and inspect whether the winder is damaged.
2）The winder must be installed in a work environment that meets the installation requirements.
3）Make sure the winder is properly installed according to the installation diagram below. Rivets or screws must be mounted in the
mounting holes of the bracket.
4）Once the hose reel series is installed, you can unscrew the screws on the stopper and move the stopper to the length of the wire
that needs to be exposed outside the equipment.

5）Opening the black cover at the side of the air inlet pipe, you can see the air pipe locking device as shown in the figure below. In the
factory, the ratchet tension spring is tightened at the "ON" position for locking the air pipe of any length as needed; and the ratchet
tension spring is tightened to the "OFF" position, so that the air pipe can move freely.
VI. Operation Instructions :
1）Check the equipment for abnormalities before use, and stop using it immediately if any. The equipment can be only used if it is
normal after repairing, otherwise a major accident may be caused. Please check whether the pipe is with damage, deformation, etc.,
otherwise injury to person or damage to equipment may be caused.
2）When using the winder, pull the air pipe with two hands slowly and evenly （with a force of about 3KG）to the appropriate length.
Stop pulling immediately when seeing the length warning mark, and lock it with the ratchet brake. Too high speed and excessive
pulling force may damage the product.
3）Avoid bending or stepping on the air pipe, and avoid contact with sharp objects during use.
4）Pull the tool out of the air pipe after use and wipe the air pipe clean.

5）When winding the pipe, pull the pipe out for 8-30cm slowly to unlock the ratchet, and then hold the pipe by hand to wind it back
slowly. Note: It is strictly forbidden to allow the pipe to be wound freely, so as to prevent injury to people and damage to equipment
during quick winding.
VII. Daily Maintenance :
1）To ensure proper winding of pipe, wipe the pipe with a cloth dampened with warm water to remove dirt from the surface.
2）Do not use cleaners or solvents that may damage the pipe.
3）Non-professionals shall not disassemble the winder as the internal coil spring may injure people or damage equipment.
VIII. Warranty :
1）For the material and process defects of the winder, the warranty for the whole machine is 12 months （3 months for the air pipe
and the seal ring）, which is calculated from the date of purchase.
2）Damage caused by human factors or abnormal use is not covered under the warranty.
IX. Transportation :
Throwing, falling, flinging and treading are not allowed during loading and unloading. In the process of transportation, direct sunlight and
rain should be avoided, and contact and mixing with corrosive substances are not allowed.
X. Storage :
1）Storage temperature: -20℃- 60℃.
2）Storage period: 6 months.
3）Storage conditions: The warehouse shall be well ventilated with direct sunlight and rain avoided, and do not contact with corrosive
substances.
