which you attach the plastic plug. For good operation, now and periodically, lubricate the

Step 3
Mount the two rubber wheels on their hubs using M10 screws and nuts, 4+4 pcs. The
brake disc will be mounted on the left wheel hub. Insert the large spacer bushing on the
left axle then insert the wheel. Fit the brake caliper to the disc, then tighten the wheel
using the M16 washer and nut. Repeat the process on the right side using the smaller
spacer bushing. The hub without the brake disc and caliper will be mounted on the right.
Finally, after tightening the M16 nuts, mount the protective covers.
For good operation, now and periodically check the normal operation of the
bearings. The rubber wheels tighten firmly without large plays, checking their
smooth rotation. Finally, all installed bolts and nuts are tightened and checked.
Correct and complete assembly is inspected.
Step 4

2+2 pcs.
For the correct installation and use of rubber wheels, also study the next chapter, which
includes the adjustment of the Navigator 99, for agricultural work.
Inspect the correct fit of the indexing lever and check its effectiveness by indexing the
lifter in all positions. Adjust the indexer stroke from the M8 screw and nut on the cable.
It is recommended to periodically lubricate the shaft and the rotating bushing of the lifter
with RURIS Super Vaseline type grease. Periodic greasing of the indexing bolt and spring
(found behind the plastic cover) is also recommended.
Inspect the correct mounting of the service and parking brake levers. Periodically, the
brake pads are checked and replaced if they are worn and no longer provide adequate
braking. Once a year, change the brake fluid in the reservoir at the end of the lever. The
