Your circular saw has been designed for sawing wooden pieces. This machine is available for
only right hand-using and not available using as fixed to anywhere.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock,
fire and/or serious injury.
The voltage of the power source must agree with the value given on the nameplate of the
machine.
Before using the tool, check the tool and it’s power connections if there is any damagement.
Don’t connect the plug to power source when switch is on.
Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or
grounded.
Extreme temperature differences cause water droplets on power conducting parts . Before
switch on the tool, wait tool to get same temperature working room temperature.
Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions and in
the manner intended fort he particular type of power tool, taking into acccount the work
conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
from intended could result in a hazardous situation.
Fit workpieces and for fitting the workpieces, use clamping equipments or vice.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
away from moving parts. Loosing clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving
parts.
Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as dust mask, non-
skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate.
When working with the machine, hold it firmly with both hands and provide for a secure
stance.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will
increase the risk of electric shock.
When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of
a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
When power tool is given to other people, this instruction manual must be given with power
tool.

Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
WARNING: Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating
power tools may result in serious personal injury.
Keep the tools out of reach of children.
Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar
with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventative safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tools accidentally.
Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
Don’t switch off the tool when it is on load.
Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
Avoid the anormal body moving, when operating the tools.
Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before plugging in.
Carry power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in power tools that have the
switch on invites accidents.
Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key
left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.
Ensure that if any moving safety piece is jammed.
Provide the circular saw covered properly.
Pay attention particularly below warnings:
Do not block using of guard.Before using the machine, repair the guard.
Change the damaged stretch coil spring, before using the machine again.
Never take out seperation wedge. Distance between threaded frame and
seperation wedge can be maximum 5mm. Hight difference between threaded
frame and seperation wedge can be maximum 5mm.
Do not use circular saw made of HSS steel.
Do not use warped, damaged circular saw.
Do not use the circular saw which is not available for specific informations in this
instruction.
Avoid cutting nails and metal pieces by inspecting for and removing all nails and metal
pieces from the work piece before cutting.

Do not begin to cut, before the machine reaches speed exactly.
Compress the workpiece firmly and never try to cut too small pieces.
Put machine anywhere after only switch is off and the blade is exactly stopped.
After switch off, do not brake the saw blade to a stop by applying side pressure.
Always pull the mains plug.
Do not use circular saw blades which is thicker than separation wedge thickness.
Do not use circular saw blades which has smaller thread width than separation wedge
thickness.
Provide the mill diameter available for saw hole.
ADJUSTING CUTTING DEPTH
Cutting stepless can be adjusted stepless. A clear section is obtained after circular saw leave from
workpiece about 3mm.
Loose the adjusting screw.
oAdjust cutting depth by measure.
oTighten the adjust screws. ANGLE BALANCING
Cutting angle can be adjusted between 0º and 45º as stepless.
1. Loosen the adjusting screws.
2. Adjust desired angle with measure.
3. Tighten the adjusting screws.
MOUNTING PARALLEL FENCE
It is available for cutting with parallel fence near to 1 edge 10cm distance
Loosen the adjusting screw.
Place the parallel fence to saw sliding ways.
Adjust the paralel fence to desired distance.
Tighten the adjusting screw.
OPERATING
Always use the correct supply voltage.
The voltage of the power source must agree with the value given on the nameplate of the
machine.
Tighten the piece. Provide the machine stand to clear part of workpiece.
Switch on the machine, before connecting to piece. Do not press to circular saw.

Hold the machine with two hand with handle for two hand. It provides best using.
Use marked places for smooth cutting which follows pen line.
This machine is equipped with an operating lock for preventing accidentally switch on.
SWITCH ON/OFF
Switching on: Press the on- off switch
Switching off: Release the on- off switch.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.
Carbon brushes should occasionally be checked.
They are worn, both two brush must be changed.
After changing carbon brush, run the machine no-load 15min.
Use only properly carbon brush.
Lubricate safety screw’s thread with a drop of oil regularly.
For safe and proper working , always keep the machine and the ventilation slots clean.
If the machine should happen to fail despite the care taken in manufacture and testing, repair
should be carried out by an authorized customer services agent for RTRMAX power tools.
