INSTALLATION
1. Turn OFF gas and disconnect electric power.
2. For models VCS, VCT, and VPT, proceed to step 4. For model VPS unit sizes 060–170, remove and save three
nuts from fan studs (see Figure 1, DETAIL A). For model VPS unit size 200, remove and save four screws that
secure fan orifice plate (see Figure 1, DETAIL B). DO NOT remove fan orifice plate.
DO NOT DESTROY. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. KEEP IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

•Refer to the installation manual provided with the unit for important safety information and for fresh air ductwork
details.
•Ensure that all required components listed in Table 1 are available before beginning installation.
NOTE: Not all kit components may be required for each application. The fresh air inlet plates are
used only on model VPS units. The four-hole plate (PN 269916) is used only on unit size 200.
