UNPACKING THE400 MINI
Before connecting any cables, check the contents of the packaging:
• THE400 Mini
• THECXSTICK (USB joystick)
• HDMI cable
• USB power cable
• THE400 Mini Quick Start Guide (this guide)
You will also need to have the following items available (not included):
• A TV capable of 720p resolution with an HDMI port
• A 5V/1A power adaptor with a USB-A port
SETTING UP THE400 MINI
1. Make sure your TV is switched o before you connect THE400 Mini.
2. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on THE400 Mini, and then connect
the other end to the HDMI port on your TV.
3. Connect THECXSTICK to the leftmost USB port on the front of THE400 Mini. This is the
port for Player one. Optionally, connect additional THECXSTICKs, THEGAMEPADs or
THEJOYSTICKs to ports for Players two to four.
4. Connect the USB power cable between the small USB-C power port on THE400 Mini
and the large USB-A port on your power adaptor. Ensure the power adaptor is switched
on and providing power.
5. Switch on your TV and choose the appropriate HDMI input source.
6. Press and release the power button.
7. The power LED will glow red to conrm THE400 Mini is now on, and on the TV you should
see THE400 Mini greeting screen and hear the accompanying tune.

THECXSTICK
All of THE400 Mini’s functions can be performed
with THECXSTICK. THECXSTICK has a directional
stick, a re button F, a shoulder button S, a four-way
button ring labelled T, R, Dand L, and two
function buttons Mand H.
Prompts for which buttons to press to perform
functions are listed at the bottom of the screen on the
Games Carousel and THE400 Mini’s various menus.
In the Games Carousel, press u to view a help
screen showing which buttons to press in the currently
selected game.
While playing a game, pressing H will take you back to the Games Carousel.
While playing a game, THECXSTICK can be used to access some special in-game functions:
Button combination Function
H + l Activate Rewind Mode, allowing gameplay to be rewound by up
to 30 seconds
H + M Activate or deactivate the Virtual Keyboard
THECXSTICK can operate in either right
or left handed mode. To switch the joystick
into left handed mode, where the joystick is
rotated to have the re button at the top right,
press M + S + L. To switch back into right
handed mode, where the re button is at the
top left, press M + S + R.

DÉBALLAGE DU THE400 MINI
Avant de connecter des câbles, vériez le contenu de l’emballage :

INSTALLER LE THE400 MINI
1. Assurez-vous que votre appareil est éteint avant de connecter le THE400 Mini.
2. Connectez une extrémité du câble HDMI au port HDMI du THE400 Mini, puis connectez
l’autre extrémité au port HDMI de votre téléviseur.
3. Connectez le THECXSTICK au port USB le plus à gauche à l’avant du THE400 Mini.
C’est le port du joueur 1. En option, connectez des THECXSTICK, des THEGAMEPAD
ou des THEJOYSTICK supplémentaires aux ports des joueurs 2, 3 et 4.
4. Connectez le câble d’alimentation USB entre le petit port d’alimentation USB-C du THE400
Mini et le grand port USB-A de votre adaptateur secteur. Assurez-vous que l’adaptateur
secteur est allumé et fournit de l’énergie.
5. Allumez votre téléviseur et choisissez la source d’entrée HDMI appropriée.
6. Appuyez et relâchez le bouton d’alimentation.
7. Le voyant d’alimentation s’allumera en rouge pour conrmer que le THE400 Mini est
maintenant allumé, et sur le téléviseur, vous devriez voir l’écran de bienvenue du THE400
Mini et entendre la mélodie qui l’accompagne.

THECXSTICK
Toutes les fonctions du THE400 Mini peuvent être
exécutées avec le THECXSTICK. THECXSTICK
possède un stick directionnel, un bouton de tir F,
une gâchette S, un anneau de boutons à quatre
directions étiqueté T, R, Det L, et deux boutons
de fonction Met H.
Les indications indiquant sur quels boutons appuyer
pour exécuter des fonctions sont répertoriées en

INSTALLARE IL THE400 MINI
1. Assicurarsi che sia spenta prima di collegare il THE400 Mini.

alla porta HDMI della TV.
3. Collegare il THECXSTICK alla prima porta USB a sinistra del THE400 Mini. Si tratta
della porta del giocatore uno. È possibile collegare altri THECXSTICK, THEGAMEPAD
o THEJOYSTICK alle porte dei giocatori da due a quattro.
4. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione USB alla porta USB-C piccola sul THE400 Mini e alla
porta USB-A grande sull’alimentatore. Assicurarsi che l’alimentatore sia acceso e che
fornisca elettricità.
5. Accendere la TV e scegliere la fonte input HDMI corretta.
6. Premere e rilasciare il pulsante di accensione.
7. Il Led di alimentazione si illuminerà di rosso per confermare che il THE400 Mini è acceso,
mentre sullo schermo comparirà la schermata di benvenuto e si sentirà il segnale sonoro
relativo.

THECXSTICK
Tutte le funzionalità del THE400 Mini possono essere
adoperate con il THECXSTICK. Il THECXSTICK
ha una leva direzionale, un pulsante di fuoco F, un
pulsante dorsale S, una serie di quattro pulsanti
chiamati T, R, De L, e due pulsanti funzione:
Me H.
Le istruzioni sui pulsanti da premere per eseguire
i comandi sono situate in fondo alla schermata
dell’elenco di giochi e dei vari menu del THE400 Mini.
Nell’elenco dei giochi, premere u per visualizzare
una schermata di aiuto che mostra quali pulsanti
premere nel gioco attualmente selezionato.
Quando si sta giocando, premendo H si tornerà all’elenco dei giochi.
Quando si sta giocando, il THECXSTICK può essere utilizzato per accedere ad alcune

in alto a destra, premere M + S + L. Per
tornare alla modalità destrorsi, nella quale il
pulsante di fuoco si trova in alto a sinistra,
premere M + S + R.

THE400 MINI AUSPACKEN
Überprüfen Sie den Inhalt der Verpackung, bevor Sie die entsprechenden Kabel anschließen:
• THE400 Mini

THE400 MINI EINRICHTEN

4. Verbinden Sie das USB-Stromkabel mit dem kleinen USB-C-Stromanschluss des THE400
Mini und dem großen USB-A-Anschluss Ihres Netzteils. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr
Netzsteil eingeschaltet ist.
5. Schalten Sie Ihr Fernsehgerät ein und wählen Sie die entsprechende HDMI-Eingangsquelle.
6. Drücken Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste.
7. Die Netz-LED leuchtet rot, um zu bestätigen, dass THE400 Mini jetzt eingeschaltet ist,
und auf dem Fernsehgerät sollten Sie den Startbildschirm von THE400 Mini sehen und
die Begleitmusik hören.

THECXSTICK
Alle Funktionen des THE400 Mini können mit dem
THECXSTICK ausgeführt werden. THECXSTICK
verfügt über einen Analog-Stick, eine Feuertaste F,
eine Schultertaste S, einen Vier-Wege-Tastenring
mit den Bezeichnungen T, R, Dund L, und zwei
Funktionstasten Mund H.
Am unteren Rand des Bildschirms im Games Carousel
und in den verschiedenen Menüs des THE400 Mini
nden Sie Hinweise darauf, welche Tasten Sie drücken
müssen, um die Funktionen zu nutzen.
