Please read thoroughly before commencing assembly
and use of your Redsbaby Buggyboard. Incorrect
assembly and use can be dangerous and result in serious
injury or even death.
There might be slight variations in the design of your
product to that shown in the images of this instruction
manual.
Your Redsbaby Buggyboard is only compatible with the
Redsbaby JIVE² and METRO² chassis.

24 Month Warranty
The Redsbaby JIVE2/ METRO2Bassinet and its accessories
come with a 24 Month Warranty to cover against faults in
materials and workmanship when your products are used
under normal conditions, according to our user manuals
and technical specifications.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement, or refund, for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired, or replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
The 24 Month Warranty period starts from the date your
product(s) are dispatched from our warehouse. This
includes products that are purchased via pre-order (for
example items that are out of stock or newly launching
products). For a claim to be valid, it must be made within
the claims period and must be made by the original
purchaser (warranties are non-transferable).
Your 24 Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects
relating to your pram/accessories as listed below:
• Chassis, frame, wheels and adaptors;
• 5-point harness buckle, padding, strapping and
assembly; and
• All soft good seams, bindings and zippers.
To the extent permitted by law, the following are not
covered by warranty:
• Failure or defects resulting from improper care or use;
• Normal wear and tear including scratches to the pram
frame;
• Scus and tears to leatherette handles/bumpers;
• Products purchased second hand or from an
unauthorised distributor;
• Fading or discolouration of fabrics and materials due to
cleaning and/or excessive sun exposure;
• Faulty or incorrect assembly of the products by the
customer;
• Installation of a part or accessory not compatible with
the product and/or not manufactured by Redsbaby;
• Any modification or alteration not conducted or
authorised by Redsbaby;
• Corrosion or rust on the wheels and chassis due to
extreme environmental conditions, including high
humidity, salt spray, ice or snow or due to insucient
maintenance;

• Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect;
• Damage to handle bar grips or fabrics as a result of
normal handling and daily use;
• Airline/transport damage: check your Redsbaby product
carefully after it has been handled by the airline (or other
transporters) and if required, submit your claim directly to
your travel insurer/airline;
• Consumer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of
disliking the fit, weight, functionality, colour or style
(outside of the 30 Day Trial period);
• If the batch number sticker has been damaged or
removed; and
• When the product has not been used for normal use and
in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

How to make a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please send an email to
warranty@redsbaby.com.au with the following information.
The more detailed you are with your description of the
defect, the more quickly we will be able to repair or replace
your product.
• Subject line: “Warranty Claim”;
• A description of the warranty defect and photographs or
a video;
• Your contact details;
• Your order number; and
• Product batch number - the batch number is printed on
a sticker that is located on:
1. Stroller: the crossbar between the rear wheels on
the chassis.
2. Bassinet: the baseboard (can be accessed by
removing mattress and lining)
We will respond to your warranty claim within seven
(7) business days and depending on the nature of the
warranty claim either send out the replacement spare
part to resolve the issue at hand or request a repair at one
of our Australia-wide repair centres. Should we need to
arrange a collection and return of your product, we will ask
for confirmation of your collection address and arrange
collection of the product from your nominated address.

Warnings and safety
precautions
Please read the following warnings and safety
precautions thoroughly before using your Redsbaby
JIVE² / METRO²
Buggyboard. Incorrect assembly and use
can result in serious injury or death.
After unpacking, immediately discard any plastic wrapping
and packaging materials, as these can lead to a choking
hazard.
For smaller warranty claims we may be able to send you
a replacement part free of charge (e.g. bumper bar, frame
lock, adaptors) which will allow you to get back out and
about quicker. In these instances, Redsbaby will cover the
cost of shipping spare parts domestically within Australia.
Please note that if you require warranty parts to be
shipped internationally within the warranty claim period,
Redsbaby will provide you with replacement parts free of
charge, however the customer will be required to cover
the dierence in cost between international shipping
compared to the cost of domestic shipping. In this
instance we will contact you to arrange payment.
Collection and return from a pram repairer will take place
on a business day (i.e. not a public holiday or weekend
within your state or territory) between 8am and 5.30pm.
Please take care to repack the product in secure and stable
packaging to avoid any damage occurring in the returns
transit. We do not take responsibility for any damage that
occurs in transit to and from our pram repairer.
Once our repairer has received the product they will
inspect and confirm the reported defect. We will then
contact you with further information surrounding the
repair such as the estimated turn around time.

Maximum weight for a child on the Buggyboard is 20kg
(44.1lbs).

LIMITS:
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Refer to and
follow all warnings and safety precautions provided with
your Redsbaby JIVE² / METRO² Buggyboard.
GENERAL WARNINGS:
• The Redsbaby JIVE² / METRO² Buggyboard cannot be
used when the Redsbaby JIVE² Second Seat is attached
and in use.
• The Redsbaby JIVE² / METRO² Buggyboard can only be
used on the Redsbaby JIVE² while in single mode.

Attaching and using the Buggyboard
1. Attach the wheels onto the Buggyboard frame.
2. Open the Buggyboard latches, located at the top of the
Buggyboard and attach onto the chassis tubing that
runs between the two rear wheels on your JIVE² or
METRO² chassis.
Assembly instructions 3. Ensure that you click the latches over the cross bar. You
will hear and feel a soft click to know it is in place.
Tip: When not in use, you can secure the Buggyboard to
the chassis via the elastic straps and press studs provided
on the Buggyboard.

Cleaning
Plastic and metal parts
• Sponge clean with warm water and a mild detergent and
then air dry.
• Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning products.
Removing the Buggyboard
1. Press down on the latches located at the top of the
Buggyboard.
2. Remove the Buggyboard from your JIVE² or METRO²
chassis.
