products and thank you for purchasing your new RECARO
stroller.
RECARO has over 100 years experience in the design and
manufacture of premium automotive products. To assure all
products RECARO manufactures are worthy of the name,
we’ve subjected them to a comprehensive development
program complying with international standards.
Although each RECARO stroller system is equipped with
state-of-the-art safety features, it is not a guarantee that
this stroller will prevent injury. However, if you stress careful
maneuvering and proper use of your stroller, it can lower the
risk of injury or death.
Therefore, please make sure to carefully review all
information in this instruction manual to properly secure
your child when using this product. Also, before using your
new stroller for the rst time, please review all components
thoroughly to make sure nothing has been damaged during
shipping. Failure to follow these instructions and the labels
on the stroller can result in serious injury.
The RECARO stroller you have purchased is a high quality
product. Its different settings and its stable and ergonomic
design ensure that the RECARO stroller is a safe and
comfortable place for your child to sit. However, before you
use it, you need to adjust the settings to your child’s size so
that the stroller will perform as required. These instructions
will help you do this, so please read them carefully.

SAFETY WARNINGS
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
• Read and understand all instructions in this user manual.
• Always make certain that the stroller is fully open and locked
before use.
• Make sure children are clear of any moving parts when
folding and unfolding the stroller to avoid nger entrapment
and pinching.
• Adult assembly required.
• Always engage the parking brake when the stroller is not
moving.
• Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use
the restraint system.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• Do NOT allow children to climb or play with the stroller. Do
NOT allow child to stand in stroller.
• Stroller is intended for use at walking speed only. Do NOT
use while jogging, skating, etc.
• Only use RECARO authorized infant carriers with this
stroller. Refer to the infant carrier manual for maximum
weights and other instructions.
• The infant carrier MUST be installed rear-facing. See
Section 8.
• Do NOT use stroller with a child who weighs more than 50
lbs (22.7 kg).
• Do NOT use stroller with a child taller than 44 in (111.8 cm).
• Do NOT use stroller on stairs or escalators.
• Do NOT lift the stroller by the tray.
• Do NOT put hot liquid in the cup holder.
• Do NOT use stroller near an open re or exposed ame.
• Do NOT carry extra children or bags on this stroller unless
approved by RECARO Child Safety. This may cause the
stroller to become unstable.
• Do NOT overload basket. Overloading the basket may
cause damage to the stroller. The maximum weight in the
basket is 5 lbs (2.3 kg).
• Do NOT overload the cup holder. The maximum weight in
the cup holder is 2 lbs (0.9 kg).

Extreme Weather
When it is hot, RECARO recommends the following tips to
reduce possible injury or discomfort to your child:
• Store your stroller in the shade to help keep it cooler.
• Cover the stroller with a sheet or blanket when not in use.
• ALWAYS check surface temperatures of the stroller before
placing a child in it.
NEVER, EVER leave your child unattended.
Section 3: Register Your New
Stroller
Strollers can be recalled for safety reasons. You must register
this stroller to be contacted in a recall. Send your name,
address, email address if available, and the stroller’s model
number, serial number and manufacturing date to:

It is important to become familiar with the features
of your new stroller. This diagram will help you
identify key features.

Unfold
1. Slide thumb lock on the
handle and rotate forward to
release the frame lock.
2. Lift the frame up until it
unfolds fully and locks into
place.
Front Wheels with Swivel Lock
1. To install, insert the pin on
the wheel assembly into the
hole on the stroller frame.
Push up until the wheel clicks
into place.
2. Pull down on the front of the
wheel to ensure it is properly
attached.
3 To remove the front wheels,
push the button on the frame
and pull the wheel down and
away from the stroller.
4. To lock the swivel, lift up on
the swivel lock lever on the
front of the wheel. To unlock
the swivel, push down on the
swivel lock lever.
Rear Wheels Push-Push Brake
NOTE: The rear wheels come
assembled onto the frame and
are not removable.
1. To activate the rear wheel
brake, press down on the red
brake lever until engaged.
Always check to ensure the
brakes are locked.
2. To release the rear wheel
brake, press down on the
green brake lever until
disengaged.
Cup Holder
1. Insert the cup holder down
into the slot on the stroller
handle until it locks into
place.
2. To remove, lift up on the cup
holder.
Folding
1. Slide the thumb lock on the
handle and rotate forward to
release frame lock.
2. Push frame down until it locks
into the folded position.

Seat Back Recline
1. To recline the seat back,
pinch the tabs on the sides of
the recline adjuster and pull
down on the adjuster.
2. To return the seat back to
the upright position, pull the
straps apart until the seat
back reaches the desired
position.
Canopy Rotation
1. Pull or push the front of the
canopy to extend or retract to
the desired position.
2. For extra coverage, use the
canopy extension.

Adjusting Height of Shoulder
Straps
1. Rotate the end of the
shoulder strap down until at,
then push the strap through
the slot in the buckle until
free.
2. Remove the shoulder pad
from the shoulder strap.
3. Pull the shoulder strap
through the slot from the
back of the seat until free.
4. Push the shoulder strap
through the slot from the
back of the seat at the
desired shoulder height. Pull
the shoulder strap through
slot from front of the seat.
5. Replace the shoulder pad
onto the shoulder strap.
6. Rotate the end of the
shoulder strap down until at.
Then push the strap through
the slot in the buckle tongue
to lock in place.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 for the
opposite shoulder strap.

SECURING YOUR CHILD
USE WITH INFANT CARRIER
1. With the harness unbuckled,
place your child in the seat.
2. Secure your child with the
harness by snapping the
buckle tongues into the
crotch buckle.
3. Tighten the waste straps by
pulling on the strap ends.
4. Adjust the tightness of the
shoulder straps by sliding the
adjusters along the shoulder
straps.
5. To loosen the waist straps,
push the button on the buckle
tongue and pull the strap.

Attaching the RECARO
Infant Carrier
Note: Adapters sold separately.
1. Engage the parking brake
and recline the seat back to
the lowest position.
2. Line up the gray symbol on
the adapter with the gray part
on the stroller frame. Push
the adapter from the side
of the stroller frame until it
snaps into place.
3. Repeat for the other side.
4. Check to ensure the adapters
are fully latched.
5. Line up the underside of the
carry handle on the infant
carrier with the adapters on
the stroller. Lower the infant
carrier onto the adapters until
it clicks into place.
6. Gently lift up on the infant
carrier to ensure both sides
are latched.

Fabric and Harness
1. Clean by hand with a sponge or soft cloth using warm
water and mild soap.
2. Pat dry with a clean, dry towel.
3. Allow to air dry.
Frame and Plastics
1. Clean by hand with a sponge or soft cloth using warm
water and mild soap.
2. Dry the structure off thoroughly with a soft towel.
Storage
• Only store your stroller when completely dry and in a dry
environment.
• Store away from extreme heat.
• Do NOT place heavy objects on top of the stroller when
stored.
Removing the RECARO
Infant Carrier
1. Engage the rear brake.
2. Pull up on the infant carrier
release lever then lift the
infant carrier up and out of
the stroller adapters.
Removing the Infant Carrier
Adapters
1. Locate the release tab on
the bottom of the infant seat
adapter. Pull out on the tab
and remove the infant seat
adapter.
2. Repeat for the opposite side.
