1. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The ratiotherm WP Max-Air air heat pump is designed as a split heat pump and
characterised by very quiet operation. By using the heat pump, the stored energy of
the ambient air can be easily tapped. No earth or well construction work is necessary.
The maximum flow temperature is 62°C. Thanks to its variable-speed compressor, it can be
infinitely adjusted in output and is therefore particularly efficient. This feature is complemented
by Smart Grid capabilities, which makes it perfectly suited for power-to-heat applications as well
as network-related applications. An optional hybrid heat exchanger makes it easy to use another
environmental source. Solar collectors or heat recovery systems, for instance, can be connected here.
ADVANTAGES
• Easy installation without expensive excavation
work
• Increased efficiency possible with optional
hybrid heat exchanger
• Maximum flexibility thanks to speed-controlled
inverter operation
• Integrated energy management (SG capable)
• Very quiet outdoors
• With ratiotherm components, a completely
compatible, future-proof system
