The Sphere Boiler (IQSB-g) is constructed with food grade stainless steel, and has six baskets that can be individually programed for cooking time durations. The
easy to use touch control panel conveniently located in the front of the IQSB-g for easy access.
The Sphere boiler utilizes Radiand’s patterned anti-stick technology, Even-Flow. Even-Flow ensures that every food item in the baskets will not stick to one
another while cooking.
The automatic water ll feature makes it worry free, you never have to add water manually again. Simply run a water supply to the Sphere water valve and the
electronic sensor will ensure the perfect water levels for you.

Installation
Required Installation Guidelines`
Select the location of the installation shall comply with the following provisions (Note: Any equipment
damage or not working properly caused by the violation of the provisions is not covered by the warranty.): (
a) This device can not have an open drain below. If already have drainage ditches,
it must be made of stainless steel steam outlet baffle seal in the region, to prevent the
steam shorting out circuits and could damage the equipment control system.
b) The installation location should be away from any heat sources (such as, gas
stove, broiler etc.) (the unit outside temperature should not exceeding 113 degrees
Fahrenheit) to avoid damaging the lift mechanism inside the hanging cover plates.
c) If this device is arranged along the wall, the rear panel of the device from the
wall should be more than 2 ½ inches.
d) The installation location altitude must not exceed 4,000 feet.

Installation
Installation of Sphere Boiler
1) Open the box, checking items according to the packing list. After removing all
packing items in the machines, place the machine at installation location in the
kitchen.
2) Unscrew the screws located in the rear left and right side of the machine for
future maintenance.
3) Level the Sphere with the Adjustable feet on all four machine legs to ensure the
installation is level. (Note: use four Locating Pins in the machine as a reference to
ensure if it is level after add the water.)
4) Connecting power supply
a) Power supply connections should be done by a licensed electrician. Power
supply wire use two-phase three wire (two phase line and one ground line). Basic
requirement:
b) Unscrew four screws on front panel (see Fig. 6), pull outwards (downwards) to
remove the panel.
c) Put the cable with plastic coated metal hose through the cable necking in the front
of the machine base. Leave enough length for moving machine, screw up cable
necking to fix cable. Fix the end of the plastic coated metal hose with waterproof
electrical tape.

d) Cut the cable as needed (recommended to remain a certain margin), strip the
cable thread, clamping terminals and wire to ceramic terminal block. Wiring order
(from left to right): ground, phase A, phase B )
e) Banding the cable outside of the device firmly with nylon band onto the hook ring
in order to protect the cable.
f) Turn the breaker to “on” position and re-install front panel.
5) Water supply hose
Install the filter according water flow direction (arrow downward) on the filter. Con-
nect to the water supply= valve with ½ inch stainless steel metal hose. (See Fig.8)
h6) Drain pipe
Connect one end of the drain pipe with 15 inch steel hose (or hose with wire).
Connect the other end to the waste drain.
WARNING: Kitchen sewer must be away from this machine.

Debugging
1) Open inlet valve. Ensure water in the inlet pipe and check if the pipe is leakage
or clogged.
2) Switch on electric leakage breaker in electric block to serve the machine. To
ensure the line voltage of phase AB = 210~240VAC and grounded reliable.
3) Place spout case and protectective cover in position, insert overflow pipe, put the
cover on.
4) Switch the power button to “ON” position (filling water now).
5) When water reach the down level, heating up will start automatically. When
water reaches up level, stop filling water automatically.
6) Press each down button, corresponding lifters will down automatically and start
blending (water boiling in machine sink). When the setting time countdown over
(factory settings time is 3s), lifters automatic move to the up position and stop, and
the blend is stopped as well.
7) After everything is confirmed and is normal, switch the power button to “OFF”.
Clean the machine (water sink inside, spout case, thermal sensor, cover, impeller,
hold ring, noodle baskets, float, protect cover, heater, etc.) with detergent and clear
water.
