Quadrax Q-LOCK Push tube with universal attachement and articulated arm.
You must add a 2” receiver hitch on the ATV to install the Q-Lock universal mounting kit. (Not included).
Works with all Quadrax plows.
Raises the shovel 25 degrees higher than conventional plow systems. The only arm that allows you to load a vehicle (ATV or UTV) equipped with a plow
on a trailer or truck. In addition, thanks to the articulation of the arm, you can push the snow further up your snowbanks.
The frame is equipped with a shock absorbing device that minimizes the possibility of damages that might be caused to the ATV in the event of
a collision between the plow and a fixed object.
The length of the frame is adjustable from 85” to 114”, allowing installation on most ATV models. For UTVs or ATVs equipped with a track system
(like Camoplast’s Tatoo kit), an frame extension is available as a option (see page 31), changing the lengths of the frame for 114” to 144”.
We strongly recommend the use of the pulley assembly for vehicles with a winch positioned too low.
You will find in these pages the assembly information and use of the push tube.

1. The ground clearance of ATV / UTV must be a minimum of 9",If not the addition of a lift kit is required.
2. The ATV / UTV must be equipped with a 2” receiver hitch. (See page 12, step 1 and 2 ) Application list page 29 & 30 .
3. The ATV / UTV must be equipped with a winch with brake and steel cable.( winches fitted with nylon rope are not recommended )
4. If the distance between the center of the hitch ball and the front of the ATV / UTV is more than 144 ", the addition of the frame extension (165-12021) is
required. If the vehicle is equipped with tracks, see details on page 13 step 3.
Important details for the proper functioning of the mounting kit.
Selecting the hitch ball mount required for your ATV / UTV ( hitch ball mount not included ). (See page 12, step 1 and 2 ).
You must ensure that once the coupling hook is mounted to the hook mount and the hitch ball mount, that the bottom of the coupling hook is as close as
possible to the ground without affecting the operation of the suspension.
Bottom of the coupling hook as close as possible to the ground
The frame extends up to a maximum 144"
The ground clearance must be of at least 9"
IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE INSTALLATION
Important points to check before the installation of the universal Mounting Kit Q-Lock.
The Q-Lock universal mounting kit was designed to allow the installation of the Quadrax Plows on most ATV / UTV equipped with an independent
rear suspension only.
To make sure that the mounting kit can be installed on your ATV / UTV, please read and carefully follow the instructions and guidelines below.
Some vehicles may require suspension aids to maintain adequate ground clearance when the plow is raised.
