Notes on disposal
Packaging of your new 24*7
! Dispose of all packaging carefully. Packaging material
is not a toy and must be kept away from children.
! Keep all plastics away from children to avoid danger of suffocation
Where possible please recycle, or re-use, packaging materials.
This saves raw materials and reduces waste!
Old appliance
! Make the old appliance unusable:
- Pull the mains plug out
- Disconnect the power cable
The old appliance contains valuable materials which should be reprocessed.
Please assist with environmentally friendly disposal or re-use.

This machine meets the relevant safety requirements.
The manufacturers cannot be help liable for damage caused by non-compliance
with these Warning and Safety instructions.
! Read the enclosed documents carefully, they contain important information for installation, safety
and the use of the machine.
! Keep all relevant documents in a safe place and make them available to later users/owners.
! Install the machine only as described in the installation instructions.
! Do not connect the machine if it has visible damage, if in doubt consult customer service or your
distributor.
! Operatethemachineonaatdrysurfaceawayfromliquids.
! Do not allow liquids to come into contact with the machine.
! Operate the machine using only the power supply unit provided.
! Do not remove the cover panels from the machine, there are no user serviceable parts inside.
! Keep your hands free from internal areas when closing the lid in order to avoid the cutting
mechanism.
! Before loading foil make sure the lid latch is locked in place.
! Make sure the internal mechanism is free from loose foil when loading and unloading the machine.
! When not in use ensure the machine is switched off and unplugged.
! Operate the machine away from other large electrical appliances which may interfere with foil
recognition operations.
! Keep the machine free from scraps of dust, hair and any other debris which may interfere with
internal workings.
! Do not interfere with foils as they are produced by the machine as this may affect the operation
procedure.

Ensure the 24*7 machine is placed on a at dry surface away from other large
electrical items which may interfere with the foil recognition system.
Open the top lid of the machine by lifting the
release catch (2) and pulling the lid up. Ensure the
safety catch is engaged holding the lid in the fully
openpositionasshowning2.
Insert the foil into the locators inside the body of
the machine. The core locators will only accept
the corresponding sized core which hold the foil
- make sure the foil is correctly inserted with the
large core side in the large locator and the small
in the small locator. The foil will feed forward from
theundersideoftherollasshowning1.
Pullfoilforwardasshowning1makingsurefoil
is pulled taught and crease free. Pull forward to
allow approx 5cm of foil to overhang the lip of the
machine making sure the foil sensor is covered as
showning1.
When foil is correctly loaded close the lid of the
machine by releasing the lid stay catch as shown
ing2(greenarrows)andthenloweringthelid

cutting blade when lowering the lid which must be
fully closed in order for the machine to operate
Make sure the machine is plugged into the power
supply and that the on/off switch is in the on posi-
tion (the lights will come on when the machine is
switched on).
You are now ready to select the foil
options you require!

Preparing the machine for use, programming the keypad:
Fold length options NOTE:
Use the double fold selection button to choose single/double fold.
0 = 0mm = 5mm = 10mm = 15mm
Foil length options:
= 160mm = 230mm = 300mm = 350mm
Choose which lengths of foil you would like to select using the - and + foil length selec-
tor buttons. Insert your foil collection tray by inserting the locator found on the rear of
the tray into the slot at the front base of the 24*7. It is important that the tray is correctly
ttedinorderforthefoiltostackneatly.
Choose which fold option length you would like and select with the - and + fold length
selector buttons. Select the single or double fold using the double fold selector button.
Choose the number of foils you require (between 1 - 50) using the - and + foil quantity
selector button.
Once you are happy with your selection press the start button and your foils will
automatically dispense into the foil collection tray. Do not interfere with the foils coming
out of the machine in any way as this may cause problems.
You may pause the operation at any time by pressing the ‘stop’ button (1), simply press
the start button (2) to continue the operation. If you wish to change the length, fold
length or number of foils at any time during the operation, simple press the ‘stop’ button
(1) and make the required changes before re-starting with the start button (2).
To cancel an operation or to reset the machine press and hold the stop button (1). This
both cancels the current operation and resets the machine to the last settings entered.
Each time you switch the machine on it will immediately recall the last setting entered,
you may use these settings or reset at any time.

Cleaning instructions
Important notes
! Do not allow the machine to come into contact with liquids, either internal or external.
! Do not use solvents or solvent based cleaning agents.
! Do not use scouring based cleaning agents.
! When cleaning the machine ensure the unit is switched off and the plug is disconnected from the
power supply.
! When cleaning any internal parts of the machine take extreme care of the sharp cutting blade at
the front of the machine housed behind the lid release catch.
Use a soft cloth with minimal amounts of a standard solvent free cleaning agent to lightly polish the
housing of the 24*7 machine - we do not recommend using a damp cloth on any part of the unit.
Regularly check the interior of the machine for scraps of foil, dust, hair and any other loose debris.
If required remove these with a dry cloth taking care of the sharp cutting blade.
