A. Limited Warranty & Scope:
HiTi hereby guarantees any HiT'i nhsF P232 purchased fiom Hm or fim a Hm
authorized reseller/retailer, to be free ftom defects in materials or wqkrunship
under guided use in accordance with the use and safety instructi'oE pryi.red in
the User Manual within the warranty period of 1 -yearl from the date ofpurciBe q
14-monthr from the date of manufacture, whose expiry ever coms lats, with trE
exception of natural wear and tear of product, cosmetic, accesgry, coNroble,
and packing material, e.g. cable, adapter and ...etc. (hereinafter Umited $fdmntyl.
HiTi shall have the sole right to decide the cause of any def<ts oftk Hm p{odwt

property of HiTi. For product defects on which the Limited Wamnty ruy appty,
there will be no charge for labor or parts during the 1-yearl wamnty perbd. tfit is
determined by HiTi that the printer cannot be repaired, HiTi may qchange tlE
defective printer for a unit, no matter brand new, reconditioned, or refurbished, at
the sole discretion of HiTi, ofequal or greatervalue.

' This Limited Warranty does not applyto products which are manufactured fot
certain sp<ific markets or specific purposes. Please contactyour supplierforthe
details of warranty information ifyour HiTi product is purchased in Europe or
countries that may have different de6nition on how long and which way the
Limited warranty and seryice thereunder should provided in accordance with
local laws and regulations.
' The warranty to the thermal print head is limited and conditions may apply. Any
physical damage ofthermal print head will be regarded as outside the scope of
this Limited Warranty,
' The warranty to the adapter and accessories (Restricted to DOA- Death On
Arrival, but no RMA- Return Material Authorization) is limited and conditions may
apply. Hill only warrants replacement of said adapter and accessories (with new,
reconditioned, or refurbished items at HiTi's sole discretion) ifany ofsuch
accessories arrives in dead within 3 months.
' Packing materials are excluded from this Limited Watranty.
B. Limitation of Warranty; Exclusions; Exclusive Remedies:
This Limited Warranty does not extend to any printer that is not purchased from
HiIl or from a Hm authorized reseller/retailel This limited warranty does not
extend to any printer that has ben damaged or rendered defective in any of the
following circumstances: (a) as a result ofuse ofthe printerotherthan for its normal
intended purpose; (b) from failure to use the printer in accordance with the User's
Manual or Limited Warranty notice which accompanies the printer; (c) due to any
other misuse, abuse or negligence in handling or operation ofthe p.intef (d) by the
use of parts, accessories, peripherals or consumables not manufactured,
designated, or sold by Hm; (e) by modification ofthe printer; (f) as a re5ult ofservice
by anyone other than HiTi or HiMuthorized service Provider (g) from improper
transportation or packing when returning the printer to and from HiTi; (h) by
unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of
electrical power, lightning, static electricitr 6re, flood, oracts ofnature; (i) from lack
of pe.iodic or preventative maintenance and cle?ning; (j) when the serial label is
removed, damaged, or made illegible. HiTi reserves the sole rightfor interpretation
of said circumstances and the causes thereof and thereby the right to decide
whether the Limited Warranty may apply under said circumstances.
tn addition, HiT'i is not responsible for the dismantling or reinstallation ofthe Ar{F
P232 from a custom installation when servicing, replacing a Hm product. This
Limited Warranty also does not cover the software applicationt driver, sources
code, and proprietary data.
Except for the warranties and conditions set forth herein, HiTi disclaims all other
warrantiet express or implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability or imposed by applicable law are limited by the
terms of this Limited Warranty. ln no event shall HiT'i be liable for any incidental,
special or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of business,
profits data or use whether in an action in contractortort based on maintenanceof
the printer even if HiTi has been advised ofthe performance or maintenan€e ofthe
printer, or if HiTi has been advised ofthe possibility of such damage.You agree that
repair, replacement or refund, as applicable, underthe warranty services described
herein, are your sole and exclusive remedies with respect to any breach ofthe HiTi
limited warranty set forth herein.

When you purchase HiTi product or service, HiTi may collect your personal
information to offer you the customer service efficiently, e.g. name, contact
information. Due to respect to personal information, HiTi is committed to
protecting and respectingYOUR privacywith HiTi Privacy Policy. HiI will not use or
transfer to third parties your personal information for any unrelated purposet
unless and to the extent it is iequired by applicable laws or regulations or the
competent governmental orjudicial authoritiet necessaryto establish or preserve
a legal claim or defense, or necessaryto prevent fraud or other illegal activities- Feel

consequential damagei for consumer products, and some states or provinces do
not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. ln such states and

previstos no manual do usu6rio. por um periodo de 01 ano a partir da data da
compra ou 14 mesesr a partir da data de fabricagSo. com a exceg6o de problemas
causados por desgaste natural do produto, acess6riot consumireis e material de
embalagem. Porexemplo, cabq adaptadore etc.,, (Doravante Garantia Limitada). A
HiTi terd o direito exclusivo de decidir com base na causa do defeito apresentado
no produto Hm e decidir 5e a Garantia Limitada 6 apllcevel. A Garantia limitada e
condicional deste produto HiTl somente 6 vdlida para o comprador original e ndo 6
transfefivel para terceiros que, posteriormente, faea a revenda, faea loca(6es ou
adquira o produto de outra forma do comprador original. E necessiiria a c6pia
original da nota fiscal de compra ou o recibo de compra original para todas as
solicitaG6es de servicos t6cnicos e reparos cobertos por esta Garantia Limitada.

direito de propriedade exclusiva da HiTi. Para os defeitos no produto onde a
Garantia Limitada pode ser aplicada, nAo haver6 nenhum custo de mao de obra
t6cnica ou de peeasde reposicao durante o periodo de garantia que 6 de 01 ano. Se
for determinido pela HiTi que a impressora nao pode ser reparada, a HiTi poderii
